Slowly heaving myself out of the water with difficulty, I tiredly lay on my abdomen while my sides ached due to the previous turn of events. After taking some rest, I painfully stood up while my sides ached in defiance. Letting out a snort I sniffle the air around me. The air here smelled very unfamiliar and old but nevertheless I'm at least away from those dirty humans.

Knowing that I can't say in my Spinoteratops form always so I decided that transforming into something smaller which would be better. I closed my eyes and focused on until I felt myself grow smaller, my fore limbs grew longer with massive claws at each end. My hind limbs too went smaller while my fore limbs grew weaker until I stood on all my fours.   

I slowly opened my eyes revealing bright blood red orbs. My once red scales were now pitch black with a single yellow strip starting from my jaw and ending to my tail. Four huge claws now formed on all my limbs stretched forward including one massive claw on my hind limbs.

Now standing on all my fours, I inspected my surroundings. I was in some kind of forest, a very dense one I must say. My nose picked up the faint scent of a human which was coming deep somewhere from the forest.

My lips curled into a snarl as I bounded my way towards the scent despite my pain on my sides. Why is it that wherever I go there are always humans. As the smell grew stronger I slowed down before coming to a full stop when the smell of the human was very near. Sneakily making my way towards them while trying not to make the faintest sound was probably the worst part ever, all thanks to my painful sides.

I grew closer and closer until I could hear them talk. By the sound of it, I can make out the fact that it was just two people. Hmph just two fools who don't know how to keep their hyper curious ass in check. Trying to get a closer look I slowly walked or rather nearly crawled my way. I could finally hear their soft muffled voices nearby.

"I heard that theirs a monster living in this woods." One highly pitch voice said. It was clearly a female.

"Really? I thought monsters were just myths." The other voice said. This one was low and deep. A male clearly.

"No they are not, and that's why I'm here along with you to see whether the rumor is true or not." The female said leaving me in deep thought. Is there any other creature living here other than me? I absent mindly stepped on a tree branch snapping it and making the teenagers alert.

"Whose there?!" The girl yelled while walking in my direction. Quietly cursing under my breath and knowing that I could be discovered any second, I only had one option.

As the footsteps came closer I quickly jumped at the girl making both her and the boy shriek in panic. Quickly getting hold of her neck I clamped my jaws on them and pressed hard. The girls shrieks of panic and pain along with the boy's screams of horror made me somehow feel pleasure. The pleasure of hearing the painful shrieks of my prey. It seemed to trigger something in me for I pressed harder until the girl stopped. Her screams died down while her flailing hands and legs went limp. The familiar metallic taste of blood entered my mouth making my stomach growl in hunger.

All of a sudden realising that the boy was still there, I turned my heads towards him only to see nothing. He ran away. Knowing that he would soon spread the word of me being here I should have panicked but no. It's good beacuse it will just draw more human's towards this forest and I would only get a regular supply of food along with those cursed men who killed my friends. For now I would just eat my food in peace.

But unknown to me, someone or something did see me but had ran away before I noticed anything.
