Prologue: A new Baby Brother

Zeoticus POV

I was heading to the source of a great power that i felt the grey clouds over head raining down. I enter the house were the energy is coming from and the scent of blood hits my nostrils, I walk into the living room and see two people dead on the floor i start towards them when i hear crying coming from above me. I head up the stairs and enter a nursery I look into the crib and see an infant my eyes widen as i feel the power coming from him. I lean over and gently scoop him into my arms he begins to quite down and clings to my clothing i speak softly to him, " I'm sorry little one your real parents are gone and you are to powerful to leave here so i will take you home with me and you will become my second son you will have a wonderful sister and brother waiting for you." I wrap him underneath my cloak and look around and see a bottle with a name on it the name says "Richard is that your name well then from now on you will be Richard Gremory welcome to the family." I use a magic circle to teleport back to our house hold when my son Sirzechs runs up to me yelling, "dad your home did you find the source of the power?"  I nod my head putting a finger to my lips and he looks at me confused when i move the cloak and show him the baby. His eyes widen i ask, "Would you like to hold him?" He lowers his head before saying, " c-can i p-please." I chuckle lightly before showing him how to hold the baby i then pass Richard to him and Richard opens his eyes and giggles at Sirzechs gently grabbing his hair in his pudgy hands. Sirzechs smiles and looks at me saying, " i promise to be the best brother to both him and Rias. " I smile and nod telling him to follow me seeing as how i have to tell Venelana that we have a new family member. We walk through the halls when we finally reach my bedroom and walk in Venelana is leaning over Rias crib having just lain her down for a nap, she turns to me and says, " i'm glad your back my love." I smile and nod before responding, " Yes and i have not come back alone." She looks at me with confusion on her face before i step aside to show Sirzechs holding Richard causing Venelana to gasp before asking, " W-why is our son holding a baby?" i tell her the story of what happened to the infants parents and she walks up to Sirzechs holding out her arms, he slowly puts Richard in her arms and the instant he leaves Sirzechs arms he begins to cry. Venelana kisses his head and coos at him calling him her little dragon and before we know it he is quite as a mouse. We all smile and she walks over and places him in the crib with Rias they cling to each other and we giggle, i cover them with a blanket and whisper, " i know you two are destined for great things i love you both sleep well my Princess of ruin and her Dragon Guardian.
