Is This Real Life?

Danny's POV

I wake up this morning feeling a little bit stressed. I slept poorly the night before and I can't believe I'm starting college in less than two hours. Except from some knowledge friends that I went to high school with, I don't know anyone. I'm really on my own for the first time in my life. I hope I'll made some friends... Wow, I sound so childish. But even if I do, I really hope I'll make friends. I don't care, I just don't like to be alone. 

I already figured out what I'm going to wear today, that's something I don't have to care about this morning. I wanna leave early so I can find my locker and my class easily without to much pressure. And I need to find the dance studio. I have like 10 minutes between my two first classes and I don't want to be late. 

I look at my phone and realize I have to get up. I have to eat, I have to take a shower and get dress. And generally, I'm not the fastest to get ready. I like to take my time, sing in the shower, make some weird faces in front of my mirror. Yes, I know, I'm kind of akward. But my mum says: "All these things make your charm, honey"! And yes, I listen to my mum. She's a lovely woman. Ok, ok, getting ready.

Thirty minutes later, I'm ready to go. I kiss my mum on the forehead, take a last sip of my tea, put on my converse and get out in the sunny Doncaster. Beautiful weather today, it's so nice. 

The college is not so far from my house, but I'm still taking my car. I could walk, but I want to drive today.

It's been like five minutes since I arrive at school, and I'm already lost. What is this? There's so much poeple every where and I don't even know where my locker is. B-141, how can I know where is B-141? That's not a great start. Maybe I can ask to someone? Or should I just figured it out on my own... Well, it's not inapropriate, I'm sure I'm not the only one who's lost. I look at my schedule and I guess I wasn't paying attention because after two seconds, I bump into someone. I look up and there's a girl, who looks really familiar... I'm sure I saw her before. She looks at me and says: 

- "Hey, do you know where I can find the auditorium?"

Danny: "No, I'm new at this school!"

The girl: "That's ok, well thank you!"

Danny: "Wait, do I know you or something?"

The girl: "Eh, no..."

Danny: "I'm sure I know you!"

The girl: "Maybe. Ok, I have to go!"

Suddenly, I recognize her voice.

Danny: "I know who you are! You're Emily Gilbert!"

Emily: "Yes, it's me!"

Danny: "Why are you here? I mean this is huge! You're her right?"

Emily: "Yes, yes, I'm Emily Gilbert! But I really gotta find the auditorium! You don't know where it is?"

Danny: "Maybe there's a map of the school in my agenda, let me look!" 

I start to look in my bag. Wow, it's already messy in there. I find it and take it out. I look up and say: 

- "Found... Hey where is she?"

I look around but Emily's gone. Where could she possibly go in five seconds? This is just great. I was talking to Emily Gilbert. Emily who has won the X Factor last year with her sister Audrey. These two  girls are so great, I need to find her. 

I start walking around the people, rushing a little bit. Maybe I should go to the auditorium. Yes, good job little genius, where is the auditorium? I look in my agenda and as I thought, there's a map. So, auditorium is on the second floor. Great. Now, where are the stairs? 

I finally find them, and there you go, the bell starts to ring. I didn't find my class and I surely not find the auditorium. What is wrong with me? 

 

There's like two people left in the hallway. Me and another guy... Ok, don't be shy, just ask him. I keep walking in his direction but when I get to him, I realize who he is.

Danny: "Oh my god, Zayn Malik!"

Zayn: "Hello!"

What is this school?

Danny: "What are you doing here?"

Zayn: "I need to find the auditorium!"

Danny: "Why?"

Zayn: "It's a secret, I can't tell. You'll see later!"

Danny: "Eh, ok... It's on the second floor!"

Zayn: "Thank you, thank you so much!"

Danny: "Well... You're welcome."

I watch him walk away and I think: I just saw Zayn Malik, my idol. My celebrity crush. One of the boys of One Direction. Oh Dear Lord... What's up with the universe? Why Emily and Zayn are here? Why are they here at the same time and at the same place? Oh, this is so cool. I need to get to the auditorium. Well, I should get to class first. Zayn said I'll know why he's here later... Now, concentrate!

Really short, but I just wanna know if I should continue. And I'm from Montreal, so I speak french, I'm not that good in english... Sorry if I made grammatical mistakes or any kind of mistakes.
