Assault charge

Nick and I get back to the house and I fall onto the couch. Nick sits down beside me and looks right at me "why did you tell Anthony you were a virgin at that party?" Nick asks "I don't need anyone with a big mouth knowing, I hid a pregnancy for 9 months and hidden a baby for 9 months. And not to mention, it's Anthony" I say

"So does Kian and Jc know?" Nick asks "No, but Crawford knows" I say "Crawford Collins?" Nick asks "yeah, I trust that guy with my life" I say "didn't you guys have a thing?" Nick says "not really, we got drunk at a party and we're kissing and then I left the house we were at holding his hand while we walked back to his and paparazzi took pictures that's all" I say "isn't that illegal?" Nick says getting irritated

"No, I'm 19 he's 22" I say "what about you and Colby?" Nick says "No, never. People ship us but he's my best friend" I say "there's pictures of you guys locking arms and shit" nick says "yah, when your in a busy place you do that so you don't loose each other" I say

"How many people would you say you've hooked up with?" Nick asks "uhm 8" I say and nick raises his eyebrows "how many have you?" I say "divide yours by 2" Nick says "I'm not doing math fuck you" I say and nick laughs "4" nick says "want to add to that number?" I say and nick looks at me surprised

"Seriously?" Nick says "ya, why not" I say "ok" nick says.

~the next morning~

I wake up and put on sweatpants and a green champion sweater I walk down stairs to see Tal, Anthony R and Micheal "you have sex hair" Tal says "I have I just woke up hair" I reply "why do you still have your makeup on?" Tal asks "why is your neck so long" I say getting water from the fridge "don't avoid my question, did you and nick?" Tal says "no Tal oh my god" I say before avoiding his eye contact "your bad at lying" Tal says

"My sex life is none of your business" I say "you're my little sister, your 19 and you have a daughter" Tal says "Tal, I've hooked up with Crawford, Brennen and Jack G since she was born. Tony raped me, I didn't have a choice with that one." I say and Tal seems taken aback.

I get a phone call and walk back up to my room.

"Hello?" I answer
"Hey, can you come to the house. We need to write" Daniel says
"Shit Dani, I completely forgot, I'll be there as soon as I can I'm sorry" I say
"Ok, see you soon" Daniel says
"See ya, tell he boys I'm sorry" I say

I change into this...

I grab my purse and phone and run out the door "where the hell-" Adi starts "why don't we's house, we need to write" I rush before closing the door and running to my car. I get to the house and run to the door.

We write until 5pm I then go back to the house. I walk in to see Adi and Tal talking to a police officer while the other boys are in the kitchen "hey, what's going on?" I ask walking up slowly "Hi miss Fishman,correct?" The officer says and I nod "Your brother Adi here is getting charged with assault" he says "by who?" I say "Tony Orval, it's said Adi has pushed, slapped, punched and threatened Tony" he says

"Tony's charging Adi? Really?" I say and the officer nods "ok, so an assault case goes through but a rape case doesn't? That makes sense" I say "ma'am, your request was denied" the officer says "are you kidding me? Are you FUCKING KIDDING ME!" Tal yells "sir you need to calm down" the officer says "Calm down?! My fucking sister was raped, and my brother protected her but the rapist can fucking charge him for assault but my sister who has to support a child can't charge her child's father for rape? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!" Tal yells

The officer hands the ticket to Adi and leaves I look to Tal who's in tears I hug him and he hugs back, Adi joins. "I need to go see Colby and Crawford right now, I'm sorry" I say walking out the door.

I drive to Crawford's house and knock on the door "hey what's going on?" Crawford says seeing tear stains on my cheeks "come" I say grabbing his hand and pulling him to my car we drive to Colby's apartment. I get the key and let us in, we go up to Colby's apartment and I knock he opens the door and I walk in pushing past him.

The door shuts as I fall onto the couch "Devyn what's-" the boys start "sit" I say cutting them off "guess what" I say after the boys sit "what?" Crawford says "so apparently an assault case is more important then a rape case" I say and they both look at me before each other "assault?" Colby says "mhm, Tony's charging Adi for assault" I say "are you fucking kidding me?!!" Colby says "so your fucking rapist is charging your brother for assault but the police are ignoring the fact that you were raped" Crawford says and I nod

"That's what I'm saying Crawf" I say "Jesus Christ, I might get charged for fucking mass murder" Colby says "you and me both" Crawford says. The boys hug me tightly.

At 10:00 I drop Crawford off at his house and drive back to mine I walk in and go upstairs and get into bed nick walks in and lays with me "you ok?" He asks "no, Tony is charging Adi with assault-" I start "I've heard the whole story" nick says I roll over and lie my head on his chest, he hugs me until I fall asleep.
