"I don't understand..."
"The late fee is $20."
"You told my mother it will be $10."
"Money goes up."
"You could of at least notified us."
"You seemed tense Aimi, why don't you sit down."
"I'm not tense I'm just trying to pay my fee of $10."
I put the $10 bill on the counter.
"Wait wait wait, I'll make a deal with you."
"What."
"You don't have to pay me with money...but something else..."
He smirked leaning closer to where I could smell his breath that wreaked of whiskey. I zipped open my bag, grabbed the pistol and held it to his forehead.
"Can you repeat that?"
He reached his hands up in fear and I smiled in delight, this asshole deserves to be shot... But at the same time I don't want this world to carve me into a monster.
"Looks like I don't have to pay the fee for a while."
He slowly nodded. I put the gun in my back pocket and put my head phones in my ears. I walked out to see it was raining and I don't have a umbrella. Damn it...I'll just put on my hood. I walked down the already slippery sidewalk and saw many people run with their business case on their head.
But when I was walking something caught my eye...it was shinny. It was silver...no golden...no, blue? I walked down the dark alleyway in curiosity. I retrieved the blue...crystal...It was beautiful...so bright. If this doesn't belong to anyone I'll give it to my mother. I started to walk out of the alleyway when the crystal started to glow.
"What the...Gha!"
I blacked out.
