Ch.5 Squad 5 Vs Bounts

After getting the message to head to squad 1s barracks Y/n says goodbye to Sara and will inform her about the meeting. Y/N makes it to squad 1s barracks and sees that he is one of the first of the Captains to arrive other than the Captain of Squad 8 Shunsui. Y/N also notices the head Captain there as well. "Glad you could come so soon Y/N. The others will arrive soon," says Head Captain Yamamoto. Y/N bows in respect to the head Captain and takes his place. As the minutes to by the Captains from all the other squads show up except the Captain of the 13th squad due to not feeling well. "Alright everyone let's begin this Captains Meeting," says Yamamoto quieting down everyone. The head captain begins to explain the disappearances of humans in the world of the living. "Now we have an idea of what we are dealing with so we will be sending a team of Soul Reapers to investigate this situation," says the head captain. "There will be two Captains leading this investigation. Those two being Captain Hitsugaya and Captain Y/N. They will be accompanied by Lieutenants Rangiku Matsumoto, Shuhei Hisagi, Izuru Kira and acting Lieutenant Sara. Aslo accompanied by Ikkaku and Yumichika of Squad 11," announced the Head Captain. Both Toshiro and Y/N look at each other before they were dismissed to gather the Soul Reapers apart of the investigation.

Y/N heads to his barracks to gather his acting Lieutenant. "Ah Captain your back," says Sara noticing her Captain had returned. "Yes I have returned and we have a mission to complete," says Y/N which gets Sara to smile. "Finally I get the chance to prove myself" says Sara grinning. Y/N smiles at her before the two head out to meet up with the others. The two make the short walk to where all the others are waiting for them. "So the two squad 5 members finally arrive," says Shuhei grinning. Sara glares at him before moving to her Captain's side. "Let's not get into all this late business. We have a investigation to begin," says Toshiro with Y/N nodding in agreement. The Soul reapers go through the Senkaimon and head to the world of the living. They soon arrive and split off into groups with
Y/N and Sara heading out together. "So Y/N do you have an idea of what these people are?" Asked Sara. Y/N looks at her and nods. "Well first these people are like Vampires but instead of sucking out blood they take the soul of the person," explained Y/N.

Y/N senses that they're being watched and reacts in time to protect Sara from an attack and deflects it. "Well then you blocked my attack. What an interesting Soul Reaper," a voice says from the dark. "Well you might want to try to hide your presence so that I wouldn't have been able to sense you," says Y/N while he stares at the location of the enemy. "You even happen to know exactly where I am too. Very interesting Soul Reaper," says the voice who comes out of the shadows. "I'll handle this one Sara. I want you to take mental notes," says Y/N looking back at her. "Ok I'll step back over here and watch. Good luck captain," whispered Sara and goes to a distance to watch. "So it seems to me that we are to fight Soul Reaper. Let me introduce myself to you. My name is Itsuki and you will die by my hand," says Itsuki introducing himself. "Since you gave me your name I'll grace you with mine. My name is Y/N L/N and I'm the Captain of squad 5 of the thirteen Court guard squads and I won't go down easily," introduced
Y/N. The bount looks at the now revealed Soul Reaper Captain with wide eyes at the revelation. "That's very interesting. Guess I actually have to try now," grinned Itsuki.

Y/N just stares at the bount in front of him with a unknown expression on his face. "Let's just get this over with bount," says Y/N which causes Itsuki to get annoyed. "Don't think it's going to be easy Soul Reaper!!" Shouts Itsuki  who goes to attack Y/N with his doll. Y/N sidesteps the attack and slashes the doll dealing minor but noticable damage. Sara watches on in amazement at the skill her Captain is showing in the fight against the bount Itsuki. The fight goes back and forth for a short time until Y/N starts to overpower the bount without even releasing his shikai form of his sword. "How are you able to keep up with me!?" Asked Itsuki with a shrieking shout. Sara looks toward her Captain who stands still while looking at the bount in front of him. "Are really even trying bount?" Asked Y/N grinning. Itsuki glares daggers at the man in front of him. The fight continues between the two men while Sara continues to watch. The advantage quickly turns in the favor of Y/N but Itsuki wouldn't go down easily. "You have lasted longer than I thought Soul Reaper," cackled Itsuki. Y/N grinned at him and decides it's time to take it up a notch.

"Now let's make this more interesting bount. Bring Death Upon My Enemies Kibishī!" Shouts Y/N finally releasing his swords shikai. The spiritual pressure rises from Y/n so much so that the other Soul Reapers feel his power from their own battles going on. Even Ichigo and friends feel it from their fights as well. The spiritual pressure is felt strongly by Itsuki who has a shocked expression on his face at the release form of Y/Ns. "Oh crap but just cause you unleashed your sword doesn't mean that you'll win in this fight," stuttered Itsuki. Sara looked on quite amused by what is happening in front of her. "I hope you realize by now that my Captain is one of the strongest. For being new to his position that is saying a lot," grins Sara. Y/N smiles at the compliment but focused on the fight. Itsuki tries to flip the advantage to him but begins to struggle against the Captain in front of him. His dolls weakness to the power that is being demonstrated by Y/N is devastating to it. The fight has become completely one sided in Y/Ns favor who continues to take advantage of the power difference between them. "Now time to end this!!" Shouts Y/N who shunpos behind Itsuki and follows that by stabbing him in the heart from the back. Itsuki didn't know what hit him because he falls down to the ground dead. Y/N looks at the now deceased bount after a one sided fight without dropping a sweat and he then looks at Sara with a smile. Sara smiles back at her Captain with pride. This is only the beginning of the Bounts and won't be the last battle to be happening. Both Y/N and Sara knows this and will continue to grow together as a squad. "Let's go Captain, there are others in battle now. We should spectate so we can gather more information," suggests Sara and this gets Y/N to agree. The two of them leave to spectate these battles with the bounts.

Been a long delay to get this chapter out. A lot has come up but I haven't forgotten about my stories. Next Chapter The Bounts Attack!
