If I make myself look more like a regular husband, nobody will suspect me of what I do to Eli. I make myself look more normal, act like a caring guy and make Eli act like nothing happens, act like he isn't afraid to leave any drink alone when I'm around, act like I'm exactly who I say I am. It's great that he was in drama club, he's great at acting, or lying, but sometimes he slips up and gets suspicious of the way I'm looking at whatever drink he has, I make him look and act more like Felicia, even making him put a flower in his hair, usually a lily just to make everyone think our relationship is purer than it is, it's anything but pure. Every pillow Eli ever owned is coated in blood, and changing the sheets every night is repetitive, all to hide the fact I beat him daily, sometimes I try to act innocent so he doesn't sign any divorce papers, he tried to make me sign them once, he really is stupid, and I love it.
