The bad news with this is that this story will go on hiatus for a little while, but just because I won't be able to focus until I watch the first few (almost all) episodes...
Or I might make a rewrite so that my changes don't make the storyline stray very far away from the season 2. (Season 1 for some of them since they weren't in the first season)
