Show night
Ch 10
We ran down stairs and out to a small cafe near the hotel. We both ordered a drink and something to eat while trying to ignore the screaming fans outside.
y/n: I don't understand how you can handle that all the time, I would get so pissed off at all of them
Ruel: think about it this way, without them neither of us would be here in San Fran
y/n: well yeah, but you can't go anywhere without getting bombarded with people
Our food came to the table, and we took our time to eat it.
After we had payed, we started walking back to the hotel to get ready for the show. We talked about how nervous we were and how lucky Ruel was to be able to do this tour. When we got back, everyone was outside already packing. We both pitched in and put the last few bags in before jumping in the van to go to the venue
The drive to the music hall was short but long enough for us all to have a quick jam session. I guess that's when the adrenaline started to kick in. When we rocked up we unpacked everything and began to set up.
Kylie, Jay and myself started getting ready for the show while Ruel was trying to take a nap in the couch.
Ruel: y/n, come lay with me
y/n: we aren't both gone fit on the couch dumb ass
Ruel: yeah, just lay on top of me and we will fit fine. C'mon pweass
I went over and laid on top of him, wrapping my arms around his chest. Hearing his heart beat made me fall asleep for a minute until we had to go warm up.
After warm ups we all ran out onto the stage ready for Ruel to come out and start the show. I screwed up a few times but Kye and Jay covered it up successfully.
The music stopped and we all walked off stage only for Nate to hand me his phone.

y/n: hello?
Dad: hey buddy, how are you doin
y/n: oh hey dad, yeah I'm alright. I something wrong?
Dad: no no, I just wanted to see how the tour is so far
y/n: dad we've only just finished the first show, nothing exciting has happened
Dad: oh so you and Ruel aren't a thing?
y/n: how the hell did you know that?!
Dad: Keiran and Jax told me, showed me pictures too
y/n: pictures?! Pictures of what?!
Dad: that doesn't matter, I'm just glad that you two are finally together. Now, it's probably late so you better go get some sleep. love you buddy, goodnight
y/n: night dad, love you too
