I looked into his eyes as he scanned my groceries, they shimmered like the stars above. I knew he was the one cashier for me.

It was 10 am on Saturday morning, and I was completely out of cereal, this just wasn't acceptable. I sighed loudly, I didn't feel like going all the way to Walmart this morning, but I really needed cereal. Especially Coco Puffs.

I climbed into my car with ease, and remembered that target was much closer than Walmart. Feeling a bit happier, I pulled out of my drive way and got straight on the road to Target.

When I got there, it was 12 past 10, so there weren't a whole lot of people there yet, not many 18 year old girls at all. I sighed, no one at all my age. I went quickly to the cereal section and picked up two jumbo boxes of CoCo Puffs, I couldn't live without them. I walked up to register 19, since it was one of the only ones open at the time. I put my cereal on the conveyer belt and sighed a bit. I just wanted to go home and eat my cereal man.
I was so absorbed in my own thoughts I didn't realize that the cashier was already scanning my groceries.

"um, excuse me miss,"
I whipped my head back around to meet gaze with the most beautiful boy I had ever laid eyes on.

"oh! I'm so sorry!" I exclaim, feeling a bit embarrassed at my ignorance. I giggled a bit, "What's your name?" I asked,

"Alex," he murmured, "and yours?"

I was completely lost in his inviting gaze, my body felt paralyzed. I could feel the spark between us.
