In the middle of the warehouse in the goround there were carvings,it read:

Jaune needed to break open the ground,but how?
Surveying the garage he finds a sledgehammer.
He starts destroying the ground.
The foundations of his new life.

After five strikes only one more was needed.
This was it,his last chance to back out,leave all this behind him.
He did not hesitate with the last strike.
Inside the grave there was giant case,in it were a two guns,,an assault rifle,grenades,ammo,a suit,and the most important part the gold coins.
After suiting up,Jaune went back to Beacon,specificaly Ozpin's Tower.
Once there he saw Ozpin's secretary and aproached her:
"What bussiness do you have with the headmaster?"she asked.
Instead of replying he simply placed one of the gold coins on the table.
The secretary smiled and said:
"The Headmaster will see you in five minutes"
