The water overflowed. Soaking his body. He didn't care. Not one bit. He didn't see the point in caring, he didn't believe he had a reason to.
Once again the words of his therapist echoed in his head. Eventually he would have to tell someone. Or maybe he would just have to tell himself. It was for the best. The best for him. His mind took him back, back to before it all happened. Back before he killed you...

"I want a future with you, Jimin" you turned your head to face him as he continued to look up to the sky of stars. It was a beautiful night, one filled with sparkling lights and love.
"There are things that we can have," he sighed not moving, "but can't keep."
Your eyebrows frowned, and your hands moved to his cheeks to make him face you, "what do you mean?" It worried you, you always knew he struggled with his mental health. Hell he even sent you a suicide note.
"I'd miss you" you sighed, gazing deep and longingly into his hazel brown eyes. You saw the reflection in them and admired the light that shone from them, "you know, if you left me."
"Trust me, I know you would" Jimin returned the gaze and smiled only slightly.

Days past since you laid together, eyes staring, admiring each other. Everything went back to normal, well, for you at least. Jimin's mental health decreased but he didn't dare tell you. If he were to leave or try, he wanted to do it in peace. He wanted to feel like he was doing the right thing. He knew that in your kitchen you would have one more chair than you need and you would be angry. And he thought, you should be,it's not fair on you.
