Talia and Miniminter~fight for love

XVII

I was sitting in the ward hospital waiting room with thaughts of simon racing through my mind as i got increasingly more worried about him as the time slowly passed on, it was half 1 in the morning and tobi was asleep next to me in the chair. Suddenly i heard some footsteps from the hallway but i didnt think much of them as ide been hearing the same noise for the hours i had been here, all of a sudden the footsteps stopped infront of me and i tiredly looked up to a nurse as she flicked through her clipboard filled with paper reports. "hi mrs talia, simon is alive but he is still unconcious and he is hooked up to some machines to ensure his survival. please dont touch the machines but other than that you are free to see him if you come follow me." i smiled and stood up before looking back at tobi sleeping peacefully on the seat and i didnt want to ruin his sleep so i left him asleep and followed the nurse. we walk down many corridors with some being silent with no whisper to be heard an some filled with the scream of new born babies, until we stopped at a room covered by a curtain. i looked back at the nurse and she smiled and nodded before walking off back down the corridors, i grabbed hold of the thin blue curtain and i opened a little slit in it so i could fit myself into the room and i stood infront of my lover.

he was laying in the surgical bed looking almost lifeless as he was plugged into various machines like a robot. the whirr of technoligy that was on in the room filled the room with a light buzz, i sat down on the seat next to simon and i rested my head on his chest before holding his hand as i drifted off to sleep.

i was woken up by being shaken violently and i quickly look up to see tobi standing above me "talia the nurse needs the room now, they're gonna try and wake simon up now" and i tiredly nodded before dragging myself sluggishly out the room. we sat outside the room on some chairs and manny turns to me an smiles before saying "so talia... why didnt you tell me when the nurse came to tell us we could visit simon?" and i scratched the back of my head and replied "because... the nurse said he was unconscious and you were peacefully sleeping" and he laughs before shaking his head. we both wait for over an hour on the chairs outside of the room waiting to be told we can visit an alive and healthy simon, until suddenly we hear a drunken sounding new voice echo in the room. me and tobi's eyes light up in excitement and happiness been as we new that simon was allright and we hugged eachother as we celebrated.

we waited another half an hour until the nurse excited the romm and smiled at us once again and said "okay so mr simon minter is alive and all his vital signs are so far normal, however because he was put under sleeping gas for surgery he is in the recover stage of the process where he doesnt think about things before he sais it so he will blurt out random things and sayings ect. so please bare that in mind its like hanging around with a drunk freind" and we all giggled before the nurse walked off and me and tobi pulled the curtain open and slipped into the room to see simon looking in a state "heeyyyght ttaaaaaaaaaliiiiiaaaa" he said with open arms and i giggled and hugged him before taking a seat next to him. tobi then walked up to him and said "how you doin si" and simon looked at him and said "yo... wassup my g" and me and tobi laughed before tobi replied "nothing much my guy". we sat there with simon for the next hour until the nurse again walked into the room "hello again guys so we can confirm that simon minter can be discharged from hospital now and obviously he is still having efects with the sleeping gas after affects but in roughly... 9 hours he should have fully recovered so i suggest treating him like a drunk friend" and we all once again laughed before i grabbed simon's hand and tobi walked on his other side and we all walked out of the hospital to tobi's car.

we put simon in the back seat with me and tobi drove, i cuddled simon in the back whast tobi drove us to simon and jj's apartment where simon could rest for a bit. we got there and jj was waiting outside to give me a hand with getting simon up in an escalator up 40 stories. i said bye to tobi and he went home as me and jj worked on getting simon up to the apartment and after 20 minutes we ad finally got him in his room. i thanked jj and filled him in with the details (including everything hannah did) and he understood and swore to never talk to the girl again.
