Mark had come to pick up Donghyuck so that they could go to the beach, Donghyuck was ecstatic. He was finally going to be more open about their relationship.

"If you keep this up, Mark lee, you're going to lose something, either me or those friends of yours. I'm so sick and tired of hiding because you don't want your homophobic friends to find out that you're gay. So make a choice quickly, or you'll only have those awful friends who couldn't care less who you truly are."
Donghyuck held back tears as he called Jeno to pick him up, but as soon as he saw Renjun in the car. He let it go, sobbing into his best friend's shirt.
