"Hey babe!" I say to my girlfriend, Kendall. "Hey." She says back, obviously lacking energy from her long day at work.
I walk up to her and sit down next to her. She looks up at me. "I had a long day at work. Do you think you can cover my shift at Target tomorrow?" She says. "Sure! But you have to pay for that.." she looks at me like I'm crazy and then finally understands. I kiss her cheek and head up into bed.
