Chapter 6

"Summer! Open up!" Kaito said when he reached her door.

"Kaito!?" Summer said opening her door.

"Are you stupid!? You could have been hurt! You just woke up from a coma!" Summer said grabbing Kaito and walking him to her bed.

"Y-you didn't l-let me talk." Kaito said breathing heavily.

"Wha-" Summer started.

"No it's my turn to talk." Kaito said cutting her off, "I don't care that you are a shapeshifter assassin, and I don't care about any of that stuff. What I do care about is you. And I love you too, and I want you to be my girlfr-"

Summer cut him off with a kiss. She pulled away and looked into Kaito's eyes, "Yes I'll be your girlfriend silly."

If you were to look into those two's eyes you could tell they were happy. Their eyes were dancing.

Kaito leaned forward again and attached his lips to hers. Summer threw her arms around Kaito's neck.

They leaned back, and fell onto their backs. "Oof." Kaito said grunting. Summer pulled back with a giggle, before repositioning herself next to him.

She laid her head against his chest. They loaded down, and talked. They talked throughout the rest of the day and into the night where they both feel asleep.

•Next Day•

"So Papa says I can stay here with you until you're ready to go to school." Summer said when the two woke up in the morning.

"Well I guess that means I won't be getting better." Kaito said earning a giggle from Summer.

"Well I don't know about that, but I know you can go to school in 3 weeks." Summer said looking up at Kaito.

"Well then I guess we make the best of these 3 weeks." Kaito said leaning down to give Summer a peck on the lips.

•3 Weeks Later•

"Kai~ wake up~" Summer said.

With permission from their parents Summer and Kaito shared Summer's bedroom during the three weeks they didn't have school.

On the 2nd week Summer had asked Cathrine and Kaito if they wanted to live in the mansion with everyone, and they said yes. Cathrine stays in a guest bedroom and Kaito stays in Summer's bedroom.

"I'm awake." Kaito mumbled swinging his arm over his eyes.

"Come on we have school!" Summer said getting up and ripping the blankets off Kaito.

With a sigh Kaito got up, "Fine."

•After they got dressed•

"Come on Kaito!" Summer said pulling him out the door.

"Let's take my bike today." Summer said walking into the garage.

"But how are we going to fit our backpacks on there?" Kaito asked once he seen Summers bike.

"Well when we go on missions, we have a bag that has our suit and gun in it. And we keep that bag in this compartment on the bike at all times. So when we get a mission we can just tell our AIs to bring our bikes to the door, we get on and change into our suit while our AIs drive the bike." Summer said reaching into the compartment and pulling the bag out.
