Kagaro's family was rather famous since Katsuki had become the worlds top hero, surpassing Izuku Midoriya by quite a bit. While Eijirou was well known for being one of the first heroes with a hardening quirk that could fully control it.

Thus, making them quite the popular people. But amazingly kagaro had been given Both his parent's quirks! He could harden his skin just like Eijirou, but also fire explosions from his hands and just like bakugou, the more he sweats the stronger they get.

Though, an explosive quirk comes with an explosive personality. So he was, much like his father, avoided by the majority of his school. Though the girls still gawked from afar, earning a "fuck off" if spotted. The only kid who ever got close to the boy was Riu Todoroki, the adopted child of Izuku Midoriya and Shoto Todoroki, though he looked alot like his parents with entirely red hair but with a streak of white and green eyes along with freckles just like Izuku..personality-wise, Riu was independant, strong, smart, funny but issue is..he gets bullied by alot of other students..for being a 'nerd' but that cut down lately with kagaro by his side..Not to lie, he'd developed a crush on kagaro too..i mean..a strong..manly..admirable..smart..and Just overall amazingly good looking guy...damn..how could he pass that up? He couldnt..but...a girl named Hinata Uraraka..she had been crushing hard on kagaro for a while..and it was blatantly obvious..and Riu..being the jealous type he is..does NOT like it..
