I wish I could hit the rewind button,

And do things differently,

Maybe then,

I'd still have you,

Maybe then,

You'd still be by my side,

And wouldn't have walked out,

If I could,

I'd rewrite our history,

I'd rewrite everything I said,

Everything that pushed you away,

I wish I could replay,

All that we did,

Because I'd do it all differently,

I wouldn't waste any time,

I'd do it all better,

I'd keep you close,

And not push you away,

If I could,

I'd hit rewind,

I'd keep you close,

And not push you away,

Then I'd still have you,

To love and to hold,

For evermore,

Because I wouldn't waste any time,

I'd cherish every moment,

Make it special,

Because I don't want,
