20. my child

Aditya was completely restless... He was having number of questions roaming inside him and the only solution is Zoya.
Aditya waited for the night to end so that he can get answers to all his questions.

Early morning Zoya got up from her sleep and she was too tired to go to work plus she wanted to spent some time with her daughter. So she called the school and asked for one day leave to which the headmaster granted.
Zoya was happy and she went to their bedroom to see her princess cuddling a doll (the one which Aditya gave).

Zoya : gudmorning my little sunshine.

Adiya smiled hearing her mother's voice. She raised her hands asking Zoya to carry her. Zoya carried her baby and went to the garden and sat in the swing enjoying the morning calmness. Adiya was hugging Zoya tightly and her face was in her mother's bosom enjoying the warmth. Zoya kissed her baby's head and enjoyed the mother daughter time.

Zoya: let's brush baby. Come

Adiya: no Mamma. Let's swing here. It's beauvful.

Zoya smiled and stayed some more time with her daughter.

Aditya came to the play school early to see Adiya but she was not there. He waited for sometime and saw many other kids except Adiya.
He went inside the play school and asked the Receptionist about Adiya. But she said that now Adiya won't be coming as her mother is on a leave. He asked the child's address.
But the receptionist hesitated to share the information. Aditya pleased for a number of times and made sure that he is just her uncle and wouldn't harm them. He forgot to ask the address to Adiya's mother but now there is no option. He needs their address at any cost. The receptionist agreed and showed the details of Adiya.

Aditya felt his world turn upside down. Now he is sure Adiya is his daughter and Zoya is near him. He ran to his car and drove as fast as he could. No he cannot lose them again. He needs his wife and child with him.

Zoya and Adiya brushed their teeth. Took a bath and were twinning in blue dress. Zoya wore a blue top and white leggings. Let her hair open and Adiya wore a blue frock and she too left her hair open like her mamma. Both of them were equally happy and excited to spent their mom daughter time together.

Zoya: baby let's have sandwich.

Adiya : no Mamma! baby not like thandwich. Baby want toodles.

Zoya: no noodles. Everyday noodles. Today have some sandwich.

Adiya: No Thoya. I want toodles..

Zoya: no! sandwich

Adiya: no! toodles.

Zoya : please Adiya

Adiya: please Thoya

Zoya : look!  If you have sandwich. Mamma will give you a big surprise.

Adiya : I know your thprise thoya. When I eat thandwich you will give be a lot of kisses.

Zoya: my baby is so intelligent.

Adiya runs from Zoya to avoid eating sandwich. Zoya runs behind her to catch her.

Zoya: baby stop.

Adiya: no stop Thoya Mamma.

Zoya chuckled and finally got hold of her and lifted her up in the air and peppered kisses all over her face. Adiya too kissed her mother and was laughing loudly when Zoya was continuously tickling her tummy.

Aditya reached Zoya's home and he went inside the house and was about to ring the bell when he heard his daughter's loud laugh and her saying mamma stop.

Aditya's eyes welled on how much he had missed his family not knowing his daughter is living in this world.

Aditya rang the doorbell. Zoya was about to get up when Adiya ran before Zoya and brought the chair and opened the door. It was Adiya outside. He was so happy to see his baby. Adiya was equally happy seeing her Adu. She jumped on him and he got hold of her tightly and cried his heart out.
Aditya gave kisses to her in between.

Adiya: why you cry Adu?

Aditya: my baby.

Zoya came to the door and was shocked to see Aditya. She felt like it was some imagination. She saw her child hugging him tightly.

Zoya: Adi.. Aditya.

Aditya: great ! Zoya you remembered me.

Zoya was silent.

Aditya: how could you do this to me?  Why did you do this to our child?  Why did you distance a daughter from her father? Why?

Aditya shouted and Adiya got scared. She ran away from his hold to her mom.

Zoya: baby go inside

Aditya: why are you sending her away?  She needs to hear everything.

Zoya : Adiya go inside.

Adiya got scared the way Zoya shouted. She ran to her room.

Aditya: I loved you. I trusted you. Yet what you did?  You left me. You didn't care about my state. Forget everything.. You kept me in the dark about my daughter.

Zoya: even I loved and trusted you. But what you did? You betrayed me. You went to her. You were with her.

Aditya : everything is not like what it looks.

Zoya : then why didnt you tell me the truth that you were going to meet Sanjana.

Aditya : when I left the home and was driving to office. Sanjana called me asking me to come to the cafe as she wanted to talk something important. Even though I broke up with her she was my friend. So before going there I tried calling you but your number was not reachable. She came to me to discuss about the new project She was going to start along with that she brought another news i, e,  she is going to get married.

Zoya was silent for sometime then spoke: so what was those papers I got?

Aditya: which papers?

Zoya: when I left you and came to Noor's house I got a mail actually it's a pregnancy test report showing that Sanjana is pregnant and you are the father of her child. And along with that another letter came asking me to stay away from you as you are the father of her unborn child and she doesn't want her child to be fatherless. I was totally broken. I thought of even ending my life but I couldn't. After some days I got to know that I was pregnant and I decided to tell you then I thought that it is not needed.

Aditya: what nonsense? On seeing some papers you confirmed that I cheated you.

Zoya: I was so broken and was finding it difficult to know what is truth and what is a lie? I was sure of one thing. My child. I need her. I want her. My life revolves around my baby.

Aditya : so what am I? Don't I need my child. Please Zoya... Everything you believed was utter rubbish. Nothing that sort happened. I loved you. I love you now and I will always love you till my last breath. I need u. I need Adiya. I need my family.

Zoya: so what about Sanjana?

Aditya: she broke up with her boyfriend and her baby is aborted it was her boyfriend's child and now she is staying somewhere . I don't know much about her now. I left India and came here 2 years back.

Aditya came forward and hugged Zoya tightly
