Meeting the Gang / my full team

Y/N's POV

I got ready very quickly. I'm beyond excited to get my starter Pokémon.
I decided on a Torchic.
But also I have five other Pokémon with me.

I got to the Professors Lab, received Torchic, and it's ball. Then I headed on my way.
I walked through the forest and smelled food.
"That smells good Torchic." , I said.
I walked up and saw four people eating with their Pokémon.

"Oh hi I'm Y/N."
"Hi I'm Ash." , said the boy with the black hair.
"I'm May." , said the girl.
"I'm Max." , said the youngest.
"And I'm Brock." , said the boy with the brown hair.
"You have a Torchic to, May?", I asked.
"Yeah. It's my starter.", May replied.
"Nice. Mine to."
"Would you like to travel with us Y/N?" , Ash asked.
"Sure!" , I replied.

Mays POV

I like hanging out with Y/N. She's a real sweetie.
"What Pokémon do you want to catch Y/N?" , I asked.
"I already got my full team." , (Y/N) replied.
"That's nice. So does Brock."
"He wants to become a Pokémon Doctor?"
"Yeah."
"Oh wow." , Y/N said while blushing.

Ash's POV

I noticed Y/N and May in a heated conversation about something.
"What are they talking about?" , Brock asked, while looking over at Y/N.
"I don't know. Go over there and find out!" , I said.
"What if I make a fool out of myself?"
"You won't make a fool out of yourself! Come on! Go over there and make a conversation!"

Y/N's POV

I felt a tap on my shoulder, looking behind me, I didn't see anyone.
What gives?!
Who was just behind me?!
"Just say hi to her!" , Max said.
"I can't." , Brock said.
"You can! Quit being a nervous wort! You aren't any other time!"
"I'll try."

We got to the Pokémon Center where we stayed the night.
"Goodnight Brock." , I said.
He gave me a weird look and ignored me.
I shared a room with May and Ash.
Brock and Max shared another.
"Okay Ash I have to ask, what's Brocks problem?" , I asked.
"I can't tell you Y/N." , Ash replied.
"May?" , I asked.
"He must be nervous." , May replied.
Nervous my butt

Brocks POV

It was the middle of the night and I couldn't sleep.
Y/N was up as well outside.
I sat down next to her and said, "Hey Y/N."
"Hey Brock." , Y/N said while blushing.
"Couldn't sleep?"
"No I couldn't."
"Something worrying you?"
"Yeah I guess I'm just homesick." , Y/N replied.
"Where are you from?"
"I'm from here."
"Things will get better Y/N. Trust me."
"What Pokémon do you have?"
"Mainly rock type. You?"
"I have my full team."
Y/N and I talked for a while. We ended up falling asleep outside.
