Thank you so much for picking up Rising, the second and final book in the Forbidden duology! If you haven't read the first book, Forbidden, please read that before reading Rising. Trust me, this book will make much more sense when you read it.
Now that all that's out of the way, I'd like to make a few things clear.
It's incredibly difficult for me to stick to a schedule. As a result, these updates might be a bit sporadic. Please bear with me - I'm a full-time student, multiple extracurriculars, and I'm busy editing Forbidden and working on another story on my spare time (that story is called As Sharp as Snow - it's a Snow White retelling and I'm not certain when I'll be publishing that).
Forbidden's edits will take priority, so forgive me if chapters of Rising already published change because of it. I'll try not to change Forbidden's core story too much - mostly just fleshing out ideas - but just be aware.
Furthermore, Chapter II of Rising might get a massive redo - as in, I would delete it and start over. Be aware of that.
And finally, I just want to thank everyone who's supported me thus far on this wonderful journey. I never expected to finish Forbidden. I never expected to show my writing to the world and have people actually enjoy it. To all of my old readers and to all of the new... thank you. Your support means the world.
