A/N

I wrote this almost two years ago? Awhile back that's for sure. But I didn't want to delete it after all the work I put into it. So I edited it a bit and stuff, and here it is. I know it's not that good, but oh well. ^^

It was just another day of school. You suppose you should consider yourself lucky, after all, you attended the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles, and not just anyone could be an Ultimate and become a student here. It took a lot of hard work, though the payoffs were worth it in the end. Being a student here basically meant you had the rest of your life planned out and prepared till the end of it. You were set for life, to say the least.

You took us to look around the classroom, and notice Kiibo, who was sitting behind you looking frustrated on this test. You couldn't blame him, he wasn't very good at writing, and the test was writing an inspirational love story. Chisa, your teacher, had come up with the idea since Valentine's day was coming up, everyone get into the spirit by writing a little love story inspired by someone you know or knew. It sounded terribly boring and cheesy to most of the class, which you could see why. It sounded like something kids in kindergarten would do, not highschoolers.

Some of the students weren't having that hard of a time for instance, Rantaro was doing pretty well, at least it look that way. He had a confidence smile to himself nonetheless; Kokichi looked like he was just doodling on his paper and probably wasn't even paying attention; Shuichi looked like he was trying really, really hard to write out a love story, but he look liked he was struggling, poor guy; Kaito, on the other hand, was just strangely staring at you instead of doing his test. He often did this for no apparent reason, and you were hoping nobody else noticed, but actually someone else did.

Kiibo did.

It really made Kiibo feel.... strange whenever Kaito would stare at you like that. He didn't understand why. Kiibo just felt heavy and more down when the other boys in class looked at you like that. Did he have some sort of malfunction? He didn't know why he even cared. He was supposed to be writing and planning on this paper to put together, but his eyes sadly kept drifting between your figure and Kaito.

No, he was overthinking things. You could take care of yourself. You always did; whenever someone tried to mess with you, you would always stand up for yourself. Even when Kiibo would get bullied for being "not human" you would put Kokichi or Miu in their place, and offer a shoulder to cry on.

To Kiibo you are an angel. One of the few people who actually treated him with respect.

''Alright class, next week I want to see those stories turned in. Other than that, have a great weekend!'' Chisa piped up as the class ended. You picked up your schoolbags and were leaving the classroom along with your other classmates.

Kiibo sighed. He hadn't wrote one single word on his piece of paper. The robot didn't even know what love really was. Wasn't it just an expression? A way to describe when you really liked something? But he felt like their should be more to it than that.

He looked over his shoulder and saw you talking to your friends; you looked happy and excited about something.

That's right. You said something about going to a sort of winter festival; and you invited Kiibo to come with you since most of the class were already going, but Kiibo had never gone to a "festival" before. He wouldn't know what to do. And the last thing Kiibo would want to do would to ruin your trip.
