As days went on I couldn't sleep without a sip of liquor , and since it was already a habit to go for party after party
for campus students to take a little wine for the sake of their stomach, On my side I would go out to drink more for
the sake of my sleep😴😴. I did not put my 'A'  game in my studies and classes and everyone realized that
there was a great change in my characters.
I was frustrated and afraid to let my friends know what I was going through because it would be like
a great shame if they knew. On the following weekend I received a phone call from the hospital saying that
my mum was hospitalized😯😯, I left the school with no notice rushed home. I did not inquire the hospital in
which my mum was due to the tension and shock I had at the moment. On my arrival at home I was
stressed out and needed to relax my mind, I got thirst of liquor and I had to go and get one. Within a
second the cab guy picked me and took me to the liquor store. To be honest I got drunk, confused and I
began to stagger a little bit, I asked the cab guy to take me home but before we arrived we stopped at a
movie shop , I was checking on the updates of movies that maybe I would go watch with my mum at
the hospital when I visit. Lucky the movie shop was with his best friend Bantu and this two guys were
having funny stories that made me feel like joining them because I was feeling lonely and needed a
smile for a day.
When I was done with what had taken me to the shop the cab guy took me home, and when he was
about to live “ hey wait, I cant see my phone” I know you can relate to that feeling that you always
have when you touch you pockets or purse and you cant spot or feel your phone, honestly I became
sober after a thorough search and I couldn't find it. My money was in the line, I also had a few calls to
make. So the cab guy had to help me search for it, and his help was an increase in payment. My mind
clicked the movie shop and I thought maybe I had left it there, so we went back and asked Lucky and
Bantu if I had accidentally left it there, unfortunately they said NO, I borrowed their phone to call my
phone and see if it would ring but to my shock it was switched off.
