We heard a knock of the door. Of corse we it had to answer it was the cops. My brother opened the door I ran and hid.
"Hi UMM what are you doing here?" my brother asked
" a neighbor reported you being with out a father and no one home?" the man said
"But sir how could we live then with no one here?" He responed
"I don't know there's ways but we are going to need to see your father." He said
"No can do sir he is at the store for now he should be home later feel free to stop on by then" he said pushing them out of the house
"Alright I guess" he said
The cop got into the car and left
