New Room

He was going to throw it away, but to do that he had to go downstairs, something he really didn't want to do right now. So, instead, he stuffed the pieces in his hoodie pocket and opened the door to his new room. Looking at it, Jeff couldn't understand why people liked moving - or new rooms. It was hard enough packing all his shit, now he had to unpack it? Fun.

All in all, Jeff probably had thirteen boxes in his new room. Two out of thirteen were big boxes, and he knew the total number of boxes he has. Twenty-five boxes in all, three big boxes, twenty medium boxes, and two small boxes. And there were even more boxes inside the boxes. Jeff was really wishing he didn't have so much shit and threw out some when he had the chance when he was packing. Taking his mind off the boxes, he looked around the room. Jeff refused to have brightly painted walls, so he (and Margaret) settled for a light/darkish grey. The ceiling was black though. His room wasn't that big, but it was big enough.

The only reasons he really chose this room, however, is because it had a door that lead to another room which he could actually lock himself in if his parents got to much. He was very surprised and pleased that his parents actually gave him the key to the room. The other reason he chose this room is that his window faced the back "yard" which lead to the forest. Jeff didn't know what it was about, but the first time Jeff saw the forest he felt drawn to it. It held this mysterious air around it, like it was begging for someone to step in and find out it's secrets. Jeff wanted to know those secrets. And so, to be a little bit closer in his task, he chose the room with the window facing the forest.
