"N-no! Please I beg of you! Don- ahhh!" Cried the man who killed six men, three women and eight kids. Blood gushed out from his wounded throat as he failed to hold it all in. A young girl, dark blond hair and piercing cold green eyes stared blankly at him, watching as his last breath gives out. She wiped the remaining blood of her kunai blade as she made her way back to her Harley Davidson bike. She raved up her engine and made her way back  to her Kiyoshi (teacher).

"Well done, no more terror for the Reddom family," he praised the girl he thought a daughter. She went to the weapons wall and placed her favorite knives back into their place.

"And yet there are more people being hurt. Simply killing him wasn't enough," she spat out. She grabbed leftover tacos from the fridge and ate angrily. Her teacher, Fredrick  Morris, shook his head sadly. The girl he once knew never enjoyed killing anyone, who only chased the butterflies and saved a turtle from their mid walk to the other side. Fredrick taught her everything about defenses after that day. And now... she was a lethal weapon. Highly dangerous to the ones who would challenge her to threats of loved ones.

"Z," Fred started sighing. Zera moved her broken gaze to his sad brown eyes, "you're not superwoman, or wonder woman. You can't save everyone." Zera stared at her half eaten taco empty. Emotionless. Images of that night haunted her every second. She still has yet to catch those assholes who took everything from her.

She abruptly stood up and threw away the leftover, washed her plate, and quietly made her way up to her room. She was never the same after her... Tears brimmed her eyes and were stinging her, begging to be let loose. She couldn't show weakness, not now. Not ever. She grabbed her black sweats, as well as a t-shirt. She entered her personal bathroom and turned the shower on to blazing hot. "Maybe this will help"  she thought. It made her laugh. She's done everything ‐EVERYTHING- to possibly get her mind off that night.

Upon entering the steady stream, her tense muscles let loose and she sighed. "One day. I'll get them one day. I promise." Thirty minutes, she finally exited, and was already ready for bed.

Being only 17, she still had school. Luckily, it's her last year so she didn't worry much about it. She didn't plan on college, she planned on finishing her mission and taking revenge on those who scarred her.

One final sigh and she closed her eyes, greeted by darkness.
