PoV: Sonic

"Good morning~" Rouge licked my ear as I finished breakfast.

"Ah~" I yelped as her hand rubbed my tail.

"Cutie, what ch'u making?" She held me.

"J-just some scrambled eggs," I replied.

"I love having you as my boyfriend," She kissed my neck, curling her fingers around the hem of my shirt.

"Let's eat," I held up both plates and we ate. It was Saturday today, no classes and no worries. We were both passing and now Rouge had a job lined up for her graduation next month.

"Sonic, I want you to come live with me," Rouge said so suddenly.

"Live with you? We already have our dorms," I answered.

"I'm graduation next month,  and you'll be a sophomore. The princess is planning to take care of you at school for me, since Sally is next to be queen. She going to have her own pet, of course, but she'll get you on the side. So, I don't want you at the dorms. We'll stay in an apartment near by together. You're 18, we could even get married."

"M-M-Married!?" The thought hadn't crossed my mind once and Rouge was openly talking about it.

"Not that kind of married," Rouge wiped my mouth, "Look, it's just for the two of us. No one will know but us. We sign the paper and kiss in the city hall. No one needs to know anything, and no huge, fancy party. A wedding for three."

"Wait for three? Oh right, the witness," I had forgotten the weddings needed the witness, I had never though of them. Except for the beautiful flowers they always had.

Beautiful arrays if white and pink lilies. Roses of pink and red along the walls, maybe yellow, orange, and white center pieces.

"Sonic~" Rouge kissed me, "What are dazing off about?"

"N-nothing..." I get my cheeks heat up.

"No~ Don't you hide things from me. You want something for the wedding don't you?" She saw right through me.

"Well... I really liked the flowers at weddings... They're always so pretty," I smiled, "The white roses are the prettiest."

"You are so adorable!"

"Ah!"

Rouge knocked us onto my bed and kissed me, nuzzling my neck, "We'll get all the flowers you want. Your going to be my husband," she kissed me again.

"Are we really going to do this?" I asked.

"Well, are you going to live with me?"

"Yes."

"From this point on, we're fiances."

I felt so happy I started crying, right I front of her. Not even Mephilies sneaking out of bathroom to out of the dorm to give us privacy bothered me. This was us. It was all we wanted.

---

It was a beautiful morning. The sun was shining even though it was raining. Rouge was in a beautiful white dress, and I was in a white tux. Rouge had a crown of white roses dressing her head. I had I pink rose on my tux pocket. We walked in with a smile, signed the paper work and in one kiss, we were husband and wife.

Rouge graduated the next week, and it was summer vacation. Rouge got a job and could afford at least three apartments in four months. She got a simple apartment for the two of us. I lived with her as I went to school and she worked. Every morning, for the rest of our lives together, she would leave a different colored rose by the nightstand for me.

---

We cuddled on the couch, watching the rain fall. Rouge placed her lips against mine.

"I love you."

"I love you more."

"I love you most."
