Later that night I got a call from Damon asking me to meet him at the witch burial ground to help him with something. It was really late and I decided to just stay in my hoodie and sweats with my crocs.
Walking up the path to the old witch house, I could feel all the witches that died here. I could hear them all talking at once and it sounded like they were trying to tell me something but I didn't know what.
Suddenly Damon appeared in front of me telling me to follow him. We were walking down the stairs when Damon stopped and looked at me.
"Before we continue, you need to promise not to freak out." He told me and I looked at him weird.
"What do you mean, why would I? It's not like you have a dead body down here." He didn't say anything, "There's a dead body down here?" And then it clicked, "Is it Bonnie, Damon?"
He nodded and held my shoulders, "I need you to calm down."
"You want me to be calm and my cousin's dead body is down here Damon!" I walked into the room and gasped, "Oh my god, Bonnie."
I started to back up when I bumped into Damon's chest. I then started freaking out and hyperventilating, "I can't do this. Why would you bring me here? I don't want to see her like this Damon, I have to go."
I walked past him and he sped in front of me, "you can't leave we need your help."
"Who is we?" I looked at Jeremy who walked into the room with a sad smile and then turned back to Damon. "What are we doing?"
"I'll explain everything, but first you need to calm down, ok?" Damon told me and I nodded starting to even out my breathing.
He started to explain to me that Bonnie needed to 'die', but she's not really dead. It had to be believable to Klaus in order for them to continue their plan to take him down. If everyone believed she was dead Klaus would too.
"But wait, how did you find Klaus?"
"He was in Alaric's body." He explained that part to me too. "Now that you know everything, I need you to stay with Jeremy until Bonnie wakes up while I go explain all of this again to Elena. Thanks"
Damon went to leave and I was still shocked by everything he just told me. I knew there was something off with Alaric, he kept looking at me weird earlier today.
I turned around and noticed Jeremy was lighting candles one-by-one. I helped him out by lighting the rest with the wave of my hand. He smiled at me and gave a quite 'thanks'.
