Lydia's pov
When Zach pulled up I saw his girlfriend Kay siting right by him so I got in the back
" Thanks Zach " I thanked him
" Your welcome" he said, and I could tell Kay was pissed. We dropped Kay off then I got in the front with Zach.
" Soo, how was your first day at school" Zach asked trying to start a conversation
"It was ok" I said
"Just ok " he said looking at me
" Yes why" I said confused
" It's just you used to talk about how boring it was or how horrible" he said laughing a little
" Oh yea, I remember " I said smiling a little, because I would just ramble on about how I hated school when someone asked me how school was and Zach thought it was so annoying. Then I got a text, I looked at my phone and it was from Erin,
Erin: hey Lydia can you please pick up Lawson from school he was going to take the bus but he missed it and now he needs to be picked up
Me: ya sure
Erin: thanks
Me: no problem
" hey Zach can we pick up Lawson he missed his bus" I asked Zach
" Yea " he said making a turn to the junior high, when we got there me and Zach want in to get him out of the office.
"Are you his mother" I'm assuming the principal said
" No I'm his older sister" I said, I said that because we're basically brother and sister
" Ok well have a good day" he said, then we walked out to the car
" so Lawson I need to talk to you when we get home" I said referring to when I caught him making out with that girl in his room
" Ok " he said texting on his phone
" Hey you want me to turn on the radio" Zach asked me
" Sure why not" I said with a smile, then he turned on the radio, and one of my favorite songs came on. I started to quietly sing along, then Zach said something " your voice got even more beautiful I didn't even know that was possible " he said while looking at me, because it was a red light. I just blushed and looked down.
" Get it Zach" Lawson said, and I turned to lawson and glared at him and he just shrugged. Then we finally got there, I told Lawson to go inside while I say bye to Zach.
" Thank you so much Zach " I said
" Your welcome" he said with the most beautiful smile I've ever seen. ( Lol I had to) we then hug
" Bye Lydia" he said getting in his car
" Bye Zach, lo- " was I really about to say love you I'm so happy I caught myself before I did, and thank God he didn't catch what I was about to say, then I quickly walk away.
Zach POV
"Bye Zach, lo-" was she about to say she loves me... Nah, it was probably not important.
Lydia's pov
When I get inside I see Lawson on the couch playing fortnite. I walk over and turn off the TV
" Hey what the hell, Lydia" he said throwing his arms in the air
" Remember, I need to talk to you" I said crossing my arms
" Uuggghh, what is it " he said with a winey tone
" I walk in on you and that girl making out in your room" I said while smirking, his eyes went wide
" What girl " he said
" The one you said you had a science project with" I said
" Oh um " he was now out of words
" I want you to do everything I ask you to do, and if you don't I'll tell Erin" I said still smirking
" Nooo, please no" he said
" Then do what I say" I said turning the TV back on " and I won't tell her" I said walking to my room.
Three hours later
I walked down stairs and sat on the couch next to lawson, he was texting some me being nosey wanted to know who,
" Who are you texting Lawson"
" No one" he said
" Tell me who your texting lesson I said looking at him
" No" he said looking at
" Ok then just let me call erin, I'm sure she would love to hear- " I was saying but cut me off
" Ok ok fine, im texting one of my
girlfriends" he said
" what do you mean one of them, how many do you have" I asked
" Three" he said
" What Lawson, do you cheat on girls" I asked disappointed
" I- um yes" he said
" Why" I asked
" For popularity " he sighed
" Lawson one day your gonna find someone you really like then your gonna mess up because you cheat " I said remembering 8 the grade with Josh
Flashback
I was in my room doing homework then my mom called me down I went down and she told me that someone is waiting for me outside, so I went outside to see who it was when I go outside person that hated the most stood right in front of me it was Josh the one that cheated on me with one of my friends
" What do you want now Josh " I said
" I wanna get back together I should have never cheated on you " he said
" Well why did you" I asked him
" I don't know, I guess I wasn't thinking straight, please Lydia" he said, I wanted to give in but I remembered Zach and how I like him and how hes always been there for me, I don't wanna be with Josh because I don't trust him, I don't wanna get hurt again.
" No, I'm sorry but no josh" I said trying to end this conversation
" What do mean no " he said he said forming a fist
" I'm not going to let you hurt me again" I said crossingy arms, then he tree his first at me I closed my eyes expecting to feel pain but instead I felt nothing so I opened my eyes and Josh was on the ground and Zach was in front of me
" What the hell were you gonna punch her" Zach said
" I- uh, yes" he said
" Why because she doesn't want to be with you, grow up and go find some other girl to hurt" Zach said, the Josh quickly got up and walk away. And there irls another reason Im in love with Zach herron
End of flashback
Then we heard the door open and Erin and Daniel walked in laughing and talking. And they were holding hands.
