She stares at the blood coating her hands, in fact, she was covered in it. She was unsure of where she was, her surroundings unfamiliar. Rain was poring down, washing the blood from her skin and clothes, the blood that wasn't her own.
"No -" she almost choke on her tears, a lump forming in her throat as she crawl over to the male who was lying on the not far from where she was kneeling. "Zach," she shakes him hard, willing him to wake up, willing him to open his eyes.
"Wake up you idiot," she cries, putting pressure on the wound on his side, it just won't stop bleeding. She presses her ear to his chest, listening for at least a faint this thud, but to no avail.
"No- Zach please wake up," her salty tears mixes with that of the sky, "Please,"
