*Alice's POV*
The alarms wailed and raised panic in the second year girls dorm. The 6:00am alarm gave the second year Slytherin girls 30 minutes to get ready for breakfast and the day. Alice always thought it was a bit early to set the alarms for then, but realised soon it was a good idea. Many of the girls had showers and there were often fights for the conditioner, shampoo and soap and then the mirror, hair brushes, hairspray, hair clips and hair ties.Alice usually went straight to the mirrors and brushed her hair and grabbing a hair tie in case she needed it for later in the day. Then she'd quickly change into her robes and leave before the girls started fighting and forcing people to take sides. Alice meet Draco in the common room and both started walking to the great hall where they'd meet Harry. Draco and Alice sat at the Gryffindor table with Harry, Ron and Hermione. This morning they started talking about valentines day. Harry said he had an idea for what to get Draco and Draco said the same thing to Harry.
"And I'm guessing my draky drake wouldn't tell me what he's getting me?" Harry said. Harry and Draco were still coming up with nicknames for each other. Draco said something that made him sound like a vampire and Harry started calling him draycular. Personally, Alice thought that was hilarious but Draco thought otherwise. "No, would ruin the surprise for my ickle Hawwy" Draco kept using 'Hawwy' because Harry hated being patronised and that really got to him. Harry started pouting which made Alice laugh.
"What you laughing at Lissy?" Draco asked. Lissy was Alice's nickname along with Al. "Your face! HAHAHAHA!!!" Alice laughed like crazy while pointing out Harry's strange pouty face "Oh god that sounds so mean!" She laughed. Draco joined in, as well as Ron and Hermione. Ron and Hermione kept bringing valentines day up. "Why are you guys so interested in it?" Harry questioned "No reason! Just excited!" Ron said quickly, obviously hiding something. Hermione elbowed him in the ribs and whispered something in his ear.
"Gotta go! Bye!" Hermione said quickly before she got up in a hurry and scurried off, Ron hot on her heels. "Wonder what their up to" Alice said, suspicious. "How do you know they were up to something?" Harry questioned "Can't you tell? It's in their voices and facial expression and body language" she answered smartly. "Really?! You can seriously tell that much by such little details?!" Harry seemed amazed by this.
"Yeah, most Slytherins can do that. It's called reading people, Harry. Haven't you heard of it?" Draco said. "No! Why didn't you tell me you could do that?" Harry said, becoming very interested in Alice's posture and expression. "I thought you knew. Obviously not" Draco said sipping pumpkin juice. "How'd you know that?!" Harry exclaimed, truely amazed by the Slytherins talents. Draco and Alice laughed at Harry's fascination, which earned a few strange looked from older years.
*Harry's POV*
It turns out, that most of the kids in the older years didn't know about 'Drarry' so that left only some of the school confused about why former-enemies were sitting at the same table, laughing like they'd been friends for ever and acted like they weren't in enemy houses. While Harry, Draco and Alice ate, Dean Thomas came and sat next to them. "Hey Dean!" Harry said and continued shovelling eggs in his mouth. Draco and Alice gave a polite smile."So, know what the third challenge is Harry?" Dean said after an awkward silence "Nope" Harry replied, wanting to get away. The last thing he wanted to talk about was the challenge. "Uh, I, um left some books. Draco, Alice, come with?" He said getting up. "Sorry, I gotta go to the library" Alice said before scampering out of the great hall to the library. "I'll come with" Draco said with a warm smile.
"Great, let's go" Harry said, lacing his fingers in Draco's. The walked around the school for a bit. "Sorry we're not actually getting my books I just didn't want to talk about the challenge" Harry said after a comfortable silence. "Yeah I know" Draco replied starring into space. "How'd you know?!" Harry said stopping in his tracks and holding Draco still "It was easy to tell, it was in your eyes" Draco said kissing Harry's forehead. "Wow, can you teach me how?" Harry asked with puppy dog eyes "Of course!" Draco said hugging Harry.
*Cedric's POV*
The anti-drarry club decided to make a move on turning Harry and Draco on each other and held another meeting. "Cedric! Where's the DNA you got for the polyjuice potion?!" Morgan demanded, eager to rip apart Harry and Draco's relationship. "I didn't get them!" Cedric confessed "Really?! ARG! Am I the only one doing stuff to wreck a relationship?!" Morgan shouted, furiously.Cedric was trying to calm her down, or at least unarm her so she couldn't spaz out and injure Tim and himself, possibly kill."It's okay Morgan, I heard that they just left the great hall. If we are quick, we can sneakily get some?" Cedric replied in a soothing tone. Morgan thought for a while, Cedric hoped it wasn't ways kill him and Tim. "Okay, let's go" she said and ran out of the room, Cedric swiftly followed... Then Tim... Sort of... Well it was much like pin ball. He ran into the doorways and shelves, even knocked over a few tables.
Finally, they found Harry and Draco. Morgan started to plan out loud. "Okay, since I'm in the same grade I can just ask if I missed some homework and then I can get the DNA. Then Cedric runs in and asks to talk to Harry about the tournament- in private of course. Then Tim, if he doesn't screw up, can tell Draco that someone is looking for him in the astronomy tower" Tim tapped Morgan on the shoulder "I could hear that" he growled "Well it's true!" She snapped back. Tim started growling and his face was going red. "YOU WANT SOME OF THIS!! Come get it!" She yelled and launched herself at Tim. If it weren't for Cedric, Tim probably would have been beaten to a pulp.
"Stop! They're getting away!" Cedric hissed, gesturing to Draco and Harry. Cedric put Morgan down who then straightened her robes and elegantly walked after Harry and Draco.
*Morgan's POV*
Morgan strutted towards Draco and Harry and wrapped her arms around their necks in a friendly manor "Hey guys! I was wondering if we had any potions homework?" She chirped happily as if she had never launched herself at someone to beat the hell out if them. "Uh no, not that I can think of" Harry said "Ow!" Draco exclaimed, eyeing Morgan suspiciously. "Oh sorry" she gave an apologetic smile "Ow!" Harry said "Oh sorry, I'm just gunna go before I hurt anyone else" Morgan laughed and said goodbye and waked off. Harry and Draco laughed and said goodbye before continuing their stroll. As Morgan neared the corner where the anti-drarry club had been taking a temporary base, Cedric rounded the corner. "Good luck" she whispered and disappeared around the corner to find Tim stuffing his face with chocolate frogs. "Hey! Those are mine!" She said as she hit Tim in the back of the head and struggled hauling him to his feet so he could do his part of the plan. "Come on Human Marshmallow, time to do your part of the plan. Go!" And with that, Morgan pushed him around the corner, sending him on his way.
