Secrets

Keep a secret
Tell someone else
So you can claim it as yours
Just so no one else knows your secret
So you can keep it hidden and in the dark
But all you needed to say is I don't have secrets
That way they won't know about the secret
Just because you wanted to be selfish
All so you could hurt someone else
When you could have been nice
You decided to be mean
That's not how it works
But you'll realize that
You can turn around
And all will be good
Just like always
