Powers: Well, to be honest it took me a while to think of the powers, if someone had a stand similar like this I didn't know. I just heard the song and thought fuck it. So the powers are basically uhh.

Neptune has the powers to freeze people in place, whoever it is and wherever. Neptune can freeze the owner as well as being able to crush their bodies against any surface. The downgrades of this ability is Neptune can only keep someone frozen if they are in their vision. If the person manages to dodge out of the vision of the owner the effect of the gravity will decrease dramatically and they will be able to escape. The range of this stand is 7 meters and. And the effects on the person and even if someone is 100-200 meters, the person if they are anywhere in sight will be in range of the owners stand.

Appearance: Neptune is a female, and has an extremely feminine appearance and body. One of Neptunes has some distinct features.

The eyes she has are both different colors, one is fully black, with one purple iris, the other however, an extremely beautiful dark blue, with three other dots lined up. Each bigger than the one in front of it.
