Knock

Knock..

I heard a knock on my window.I woke up and saw Joe waving his hand.I got up and open my window.I rubbed my eye giving me a more clearer vision.

"Good morning!"Joe squealed.

"Sshh,lower down your voice my parents will hear you"I warned.

"Sorry"I looked down the window seeing him on a ladder and my 'new friends' were down watching Joe call for me.I waved at them and they waved back."Well we wanna hang out with you today,you know so we all could catch up on you.Or give you a tour around the town."My eyes widened,this kids are like not staying at their own houses,they were all on their own.I wanna be like them so free and not pressured by a strict parents.

"I will,just wait until my parents were off to work.I'll go out"I whispered.

He nodded."Okay we'll wait for you"

I looked at him going down the ladder before closing the window gently so nobody can here me that I'm awake early in the morning.I heard my doorknob clicked and I ran back to my bed.And pretend I was sleeping.

I open my one eye and saw mom pulled a strand of hair away from my face and kissed my forehead.I heard her whispered 'Bye Demi,love you' and the door close.I sat up and let out a sigh.Phweew!!That was close!

I head downstairs and have my breakfast.I joined Dallas at the island who is busy on her phone.

"So wanna go with me?"she looked up.I shake my head 'no' it was my first time talking to my new friends and they'll give me a tour around the town.

"Why?You're gonna be alone here and dad said you would go with me."

"No I wont I'll be fine here Dallas"she then went back on her phone.I quickly finished my breakfast and ran out.

"Hey!Where are you going?"Dallas called out.I turned my heels facing her.

"Outside?"I innocently smiled.

"No no no..You're staying here inside."she said.

"I'm doing nothing here,so I'll just go out maybe I could meet some other friends."I said.

"No I wont let you!"she half-yelled.

"My friends were waiting for me ouyside!"I blurted.Dallas looked at me shocked.I can't wait to go out of here,I wanna play and talk to my friends now especially Joe.

"How come you made friends even though you don't get out of the house?"she asked confused.

"I snuck out yesterday"I looked down to my feet."Please don't be mad"

"No,no Demi I'm not mad.I know that you want to make new friends too.Go now,its your chance that mom and dad were not around."she said.A smile grew on my face.I ran to the door and open it.I looked back at Dallas and ran to hug her.

"Thank you"I thanked her.

"No problem,now go I'll just tell dad that you're with me"I ran outside.I then saw my friends waiting.

"Lets go"I squealed once I reached where they're standing.

"No were going to the park first to get to know with each others."he winked at me.Now I know what Joe is like.He was so feeling cool,adorable and...sweet.Ha?

"Okay!"I nodded.We walked to the park and stumbled at the ground.

"So were you from?"Joe asked.

"Texas"I answered.

"Is it nice there?"Nick asked.

"Yeah"

"What your favorite spot there?"I think for a sec.

"Mmh"I shake my head."My room?"they all started laughing.I looked down embarassed.

"Hey guys!I think your making Demi uncomfortable."Joe said.He put his arm around my shoulder.I feel it again.The...I don't know.

They all stare at me and Joe with his arms around my shoulder.

"Ooohh!Joe has a thing for Demi!"They said.

"Ha?what does 'thing' means?"I said innocently.

"Joe have a crush on you"Selena said."You know,when you like a person.You have feelings for him."

"No I don't!"Joe put his arms down.He blushed.I never seen a boy blushed.

"Whatever,so Demi why you choose your room was your favorite spot at Texas?"Kevin asked.

"I never explored Texas.I'm always staying at our house.My parents were strict"I said.

"Thats why you snuck out to meet us yesterday"I nodded.

"Well this is awsome!We could help Demi snuck out everytime!"we all laughed.After they give me a tour around the town.They show me the 'Hub' its just a little store.And more.

"Thanks for showing me the town"I thanked them.

"No problem"I was to turn around and open the front door but I turned around and asked.

"Are you going to that school that you showed me tomorrow."they nodded.

"Yeah,we will"they said.

"So we'll see each other at school"Joe said and winked me.I blushed.

"Bye"I then got in finding Dallas laying down on the couch.

"How was it?"she asked.

"So exciting,thet show me around this town.And I'm starting to like it."I said.

"With who?"a voice speak up showing my mom and dad at the front door.Dallas stood up and walked beside me.

"Dallas I thought Demi was with you?"dad asked Dallas.

"Yes she was!"Dallas lied.

"Dallas to your room we'll talk about this later!"dad shouted.

"No dad,I wont leave Demi"dad looked at Dallas with 'go now' look and Dallas run to her room.Mom followed her to calm her down while I'm with my furious dad.

"Dad I can explain"I said.

"No I understand everything.Dallas made an excused to me so that you could go out!"he yelled."As a punishment you'll not go to school tomorrow"my jaw dropped.

"Dad its my first day of school!"I yelled back.

"Go tou your room now before I loose my temper"he said calmly.I run to my room and shut the door close.I saw Joe in his room.He's looking at me.I wiped my tears.He looked at me with a worried look.He grab a paper and wrote on 'R u ok?'.I give him a thumbs up.

I closed the blinds and fell to my bed thinking what would be my day tomorrow.Then I feel asleep.
