𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒐𝒏 𝑶𝒇 𝑨𝒑𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒆 || [DISCONTINUED]

HISTORY

One day, a fisherman's son was walking along the shore while waiting for his father's return. As he was really bored, he began to take off his shirt and dive into the ocean for a swim.

As he was swimming, he saw a faint glowing light behind the seaweeds. He decided to check it out due to curiosity. Little did he know, a heavy storm is coming.

The mother, wondering where his son is during a weather like this, began to worry and shout to find him. The waves lapping against each other harshly, any boat would've toppled over.

The boy was in the sea and he couldn't swim back to shore. Slowly, he began to lose his breath and drown. The mother cried.

A siren,  carrying the unconscious boy in her arms, swims to the island, hoping his family could find him. The siren couldn't help but admire the boy's features and then leave a kiss on his forehead. The woman saw her son and quickly ran to the unconscious boy.

The siren, was scared to life and don't know what to do. All she could do is flee back into the ocean, hoping that the woman didn't see her.

The boy wanted to find who saved him in the ocean that day. So, he would sit near the sea and wait to see the appearance of his savior. Fortunately, the siren wanted to find some sea shells for potion use. This is how they officially met.

The boy approached the siren. As the siren is shy, she immediately dive back into the water. "I-I'm sorry! I didn't mean to scare you! I-I just wanted to thank you for saving me that day..." the boy said. Hearing his words, the siren comes up and looks into his eyes. And at that time she knew, she's falling in love.

Years passed and they began to spend much more time together. Their feelings for each other grew and finally got together.

Unfortunately one day, while they were cuddling by the shore, Artemis, the goddess of moon, saw her fellow follower has gone against her vow, (Y/N vowed to be a maiden forever), and decided to punish her.

She began shooting arrows to the couple. The siren begged for her forgiveness. At last, the arrow shot the siren, causing her to turn into dusts and float away.

The boy just stood there, crying his heart out due to the lost of his lover.

Aphrodite, the goddess of love, sees the boy in pain and decided to adopt him as her own son and erases his memories, to let him live happily.

As for the siren, her discarded body has been sent to the underworld. Hades couldn't bear to see the pretty young lady in front of him and also named her as his own daughter. Also erasing her memory as though nothing has happened before.

There they go, starting their whole new life.
