I woke feeling good about today. Today is the day i get to meet my mate, and i couldn't be more happy. It's my 18th birthday today that's when all us werewolf's are able to meet our mates. I got out of bed and took a quick shower and then got dressed into this:

As i was just finished getting dressed i smelt the most amazing smell ever. It smelt like chocolate and cherry's. I need to find the source of this smell.
Jake's P.O.V
I was in the kitchen making pancake's for Colby because it's his birthday today and also i couldn't sleep. I was just finishing up when i heard heavy foot steps running down the stairs. Colby came into the kitchen looking like he was looking for something. He then turned his attention to me.
'Hey Colby' I stated cheerfully. Colby looked like he was going to faint.
'Colbs you okay' I asked starting to get worried about him.
Colby's P.O.V
'Colbs you okay' Jake asked me worry on his beautiful face. Just the sound of his voice made me weak in my knees. I always had a little crush on Jake but now that i know that his my mate makes it even better. I followed the smell to the kitchen and Jake is the only person in here so I just guessed my mate was him.
'Better than okay' I said with a smile and rushed forward to him and I kissed him so pastionatly that he nearly fell back but I cot him in time so he didn't. soon after a while he started to kiss back. A couple minutes later we pulled apart. We put our foreheads toghter as I looked down at him.
His eyes were still closed and he had swollen lips from our previous make-out session.
'I love you' I said with a small smile.
'I love you too' Jake said with a giant, warm smile making his cute dimples show.
