NOLA. New Orleans, Louisiana. My home. It's where I was born & raised. My mama broke her back to make sure me & my siblings had what we needed. We ain't fortunate. Never was. But she made sure we had what we needed. Down here, it ain't nothing but the hood. Niggas slangin' here & there, females strolling up & down the street looking for a nigga to host they next meal. But this is my home. Niggas wanna see me make it out, saying I got a chance. See I sing, but I know that shit ain't getting me nowhere. I lost hope in that a long ass time ago. Ain't no way I'm getting out of the ghetto. This the life I chose. NOLA is who I am..
