Bio: Ted is an Olympic trained acrobat, and has an IQ roughly around 192. He's the CEO of Kord Inc. When trouble strikes he puts on a mask and goes out as the second Blue Beetle. Unlike others who have taken on the name Blue Beetle, Ted never used the scarb. Instead Ted used his genius intellect, martial arts, acrobatics, and various of technologies to help him along the way. One of his most notable tech is the Beetle BB Gun, and the flying Bug. While Ted may be an genius, it seems when he is around those like BoosterGold or Guy Gardner, Ted acts like an idiot..
Backstory: Born in Chicago, Ted has always been smart.. or a genius would be a better term. As for by the age of 13 he'd already hacked into U.S Defense Servers. He began college by the of 16, and during this time Lex Luthor was interested in buying Kord Inc. as for at this time Thomas Kord, Ted's father, had a meeting with Mr. Luther in a helicopter when Metropolis experienced an extreme black out leading to the helicopter to crash. Lex Luthor was the only to survive the crash. After a couple events with the Earth 3 League, Ted went up to Luther to try and sell the company, but Lex Luthor had a change of heart and told Ted to keep the company. Nearing the end of Ted's college life, Ted began to befriend one of his professors, Dan Garrett, who was the first Blue Beetle. After finding out that Ted's uncle Jarvis Kord was planning to take over the world, Ted went to Garrett for help. They fortunately was able to defeat Jarvis, but unfortunately for Ted not only did Jarvis die but also Garrett had died in the battle. Before Dan Garrett passed, he wanted Ted to carry on the mantle of Blue Beetle. Although Ted couldn't use the Scarab like Garrett had, Ted still went out as the Blue Beetle. As Ted's journey went on he joined various of teams like L.A.W and the Justice League, and continued even after his heart condition was discovered. Ted also helps train Jaime Reyes with being the 3rd Blue Beetle... whether that's a good idea or not....
Sidenotes: After a piece of Kryptonite was stolen from one of Kord Inc.'s warehouses, Ted began to investigate into it and discovered about Brother Eye, and Maxwell Lord or Checkmate's intentions with the Brother Eye. Unfortunately when Ted brought this new findings to the Justice League, no one believed him except for Wonder Woman.. even then she didn't help so Ted had to go in alone. He discovered more about Lord's plans with O.M.A.C.S and Brother Eye, Lord became angry and gave Ted the option to join him or die. Ted in which responded with "Rot in hell." And was shot by Maxwell Lord. #ItsAllBatmansFaultLOL With the help of BoosterGold, Jaime Reyes, time traveling, a bit of comic book magic and roleplay magic Ted was able to be brought back to life.
