I was laying there awake, staring at the ceiling. Kian was asleep beside you, well you thought he was asleep, with one arm around my waist and the other arm under his head. I was watching him sleep peacefully. It was around midnight, and I couldn't sleep the tiniest bit.
"babe," he says as his eyes flutter open. "couldn't sleep?" he asks. I just nod. He sits up and pulls me off the bed taking me somewhere. I ask where we are going but he doesn't tell me. We end up in the car with him taking me somewhere. We ended up at in-n-out, one of the many places he takes me when I can't sleep or we have nothing else to do. He decided to take me to in-n-out, instead of the beach where we usually go, but decided to go food because like who doesn't love food.
We order and go to our table, no one was here and we usually have our little spot in the same booth every time we go here. Kian and I are making small talk until our food arrives.
Our food arrives shortly after, with us giggling/laughing having fun. I steal his chips even though I do have my own, it's funny to see him so upset when I steal his food. I look up to see him either taking a video or a photo of me.
"Smile 😊 ," Kian says smiling, I follow and smile with no teeth showing.

We mess around a little bit, laughing and having fun. It is now nearly 2 in the morning and I was getting tired.
"Baby, I'm tired," I whined to Kian.
"We can go home," he replied looking into my eyes, I nod, yes, and we head out to the car.
We pulled up to the driveway and walked inside, I flopped onto the bed and Kian joined me after. We cuddled up together with the blanket snuggling us and making me warm.
"I love you," I whispered to Kian
"I love you more," and with that I fell asleep, going into a state of dreamland and Kian lightly snoring.
