Chapter 2: The Beast

Year 18XX, Local beliefs believed in the existence of monsters, and they were right although there were rare reports of people who saw them and some were just lies, they exist indeed, but some pelople doesn't believe in they existence, those are real fools who think that nothing can scare them but inside they are a bunch of fearful ones, Kami was born in a poor family, he didn't knew his father and his mother didn't like to talk about him, she always treated his son like trash, hitting him everyday and locking him inside the basement for hours or even days without food, all he had to drink was the dirty water that fell from the ceiling.
Kami didn't understanded why his mother always did this to him, but years later he found out the truth by reading an old article that was on the basement, it said: "Cursed woman will give birth to a demon." The paper was very old so he couldn't read much of it, but the most important part was still visible, it said: "I've seen it with my own eyes, a beast looking like a wolf but big, ugly and walking on two paws took a woman to a cave, after that i could hear the woman's suffering screams and moans claiming for help" That's all that could've been readed.
After more days of suffering inside the basement without anything to eat, his mother opened the basement so he could leave, she went inside her house and the boy followed her, he right away asked about his father again, his mother slapped him and told him to not say nothing about his father again, but he insisted and his mother said:
- "Fine! I will tell you about him! But after that get out of my house and make sure to not survive! Everything started when i was 20 years old, i went to a forest to explore the place, it was already late and i wanted to see the night creatures and take notes, but then i heard howlings, i thought that it were from wolves and i went to check it out, while i was walking something jumped on me outta nowhere, it was a wolf, a big wolf with humans aspects, he took me to his cave and..."
  She stopped talking for a moment, tears fell fom her eyes and i tried to hug her, but she pushed me and said: "DON'T TOUCH ME YOU... YOU... YOU DEMON! That's how i got pregnant! I was carrying inside me a curse! A demon! Something gross just like your father! Everyone tried to kill me! Then i could escape, now God hates me because you had to exist! Now that i told you what you wanted to know leave this place and never come back!"
She started to throw things at me and i ran away aimless, i were born from a rape... I feel guilty for existing, but since i am already in this world, i gotta survive.
The first night, luckily (or not) was full moon, it was so beautiful, the most beautiful thing that i ever saw in my whole life, but somehow, i was suffering from pain, my nails grew and turned into claws, my clothes were ripped away, i was getting taller and stronger, i had fur all over my body, my nose turned into a muzzle, i turned into a beast, a half human half wolf creature, was that the thing that raped my mother? Will i be like this forever? Those were my first thoughts that soon turned into a wild thought of killing and eating.
I ran incredibly fast, hunting for something to eat, when suddenly i heard screams, i ran towards it, it were a lost woman.
- "L-LEAVE ME ALONE! Y-YOU BEAST!" She threw a rock at me.
I was not going to eat her but that woman were asking for it, but that time i was thinking about something else, something that would satisfy me in multiple ways, i grabbed her by force, she struggled trying to escape, but it was useless, my strength were inhuman, and she was only a young weak human.
I took her to a cave and threw her on the floor then ripped off her clothes, she was trying to hide her naked body but it was also useless, the crickets and the wind sounds were replaced by Screams and moans, i had my fun with her, but unlike my father, i didn't set this woman free, i was still hungry, she was slowly being eaten alive, her screams made me want more of her flesh, so i ate her, no bones, no flesh were left, only a pool of blood on the ground, that's when i realized, that was my destiny, that's how i should live, human flesh was the best, i needed more.
The next morning, i were not a werewolf anymore, i were just a human, since i had no powers to survive, i waited for the night to come, and i turned into a werewolf again, i lived this life for a long time, having fun with humans and eating them alive was the best, but the next morning... I were walking around, waiting for the night, when suddenly i blacked out.
I woke up, but couldn't see nothing, i only could feel ropes around me, I was tied up to something, when i heard a voice.
- "The doggy woke up? That's good, you may be wondering why you can't see nothing, don't worry, in the right time i will let you see again."
That's when i realized, i was blindfolded, but suddenly he took out the blindfold from my eyes, I could see clearly, i was in a cave, it was night and i was about to transform.
- "That cave is the same where you raped and ate your victims, it will also be your grave! And you may be wondering, why haven't you killed me yet? It's simple, i want a werewolf head hanging in my living room!"
- "YOU SON OF A BITCH! DO YOU THINK THAT THOSE ROPES CAN HOLD ME?"
- "You can't turn into one if you don't look at the moon! Dumb as a canine! HAHAHAHA!"
He was right, i could not, but luckily, there was a pool of blood on the floor, and it was reflecting the moon! I took a glance at it and my transformation began! This man could consider himself dead now! I ripped off the ropes, but when i stood up i heard a click.
- "Au revoir!" The man said as a blade fell from the ceiling and cut right throught my neck, he was smarter than i thought...
Today my head is hanging on the wall of a living room, how am i telling this story if i am already dead you ask? I am a spirit, haunting that cave where i died, i was living a glorious life that turned into a disgraceful death.
