Stargazing

Richie laid down on roof waiting for Eddie to climb up the ladder. But after about five minutes he remembered it was Eddie we were talking about. He wasn't going to climb up a ladder unless someone was with him. He opened up the hatch that led up to the roof. And like he expected, there was Eddie shivering in fear. "Hey there hot stuff! Need some help? " Richie asked the frightened cutie. "N-No, I'm good" Eddie tried to pretend he wasn't shitting his pants. "Take my hand you loser" Richie said while smiling. Eddie gave his usual cute little annoyed face and took Richie's hand. Richie had laid out blankets and popped popcorn for them. Pillows we're all stacked as well. "I-I, you've really out done yourself Richie" Eddie said beaming. "How about a kiss for my dedication?" Richie flirted. Eddie smirked right back at him. He walked over a sat beside Richie. He grabbed both sides of Richie's chubby cheeks and leaned in. There lips locked. The sounds were not pleasant but it was VERY pleasant for the two of them. So much love and kindness showed through just their lips. After what felt like hours, Richie backed out. They both laid down close together. Richie turned on his side, so did Eddie. Richie took his hand and ran it through Eddie's soft smooth hair. Eddie was clearly getting tired as his eyes were half shut. "Getting sleepy? ” Richie said noticing Eddie's eyes. Eddie just nodded and smiled. Richie couldn't help but smile back. He turned on his back and pated his chest for Eddie to lay his head. Eddie placed his head on Richie's chest. "Look up" Richie gently said. Eddie looked up to see stars shining so brightly. This was Eddie's favourite kind of night, the stars were out. Not a cloud in the sky, with the love of his life. "I don't want to sleep" Eddie said yawning. "You need to, look at yourself. I don't want to have to deal with you in the morning when your all cranky" Richie teased. Eddie ignored the joke and got straight to the point. "I want this night to last forever, I don't want it to end. We could be dead by tomorrow. " Eddie said in an almost mumbled voice. "Don't talk like that, you know I'll never let anything or anyone hurt you. And that's a promise" Richie said rubbing Eddie's head to calm him down. "You can't only worry about me, what about you" Eddie said in a clearer voice. "I don't care what happens to me, as long as your safe then I'm happy" Richie replied. "I don't want to be safe or alive without you. There would be no point in living anymore" Eddie said slowly drifting off to sleep. A tear fell down Richie's face. "I love you more than I can say Ed's. I'm not going anywhere and neither are you. We have an entire life to spend together and I wouldn't do it with anyone else. Do me a favour and get some sleep" Richie said from the bottom of his heart. Eddie kissed him on the cheek. "Ok fine, but only for you" Eddie said practically already asleep. He dug his head his head into Richie's chest and fell asleep. Richie admired Eddie's beauty for a little longer before falling asleep. Suddenly, something in the bushes moved.
