Your eyes were squeezed tight. You were awaiting it. You couldn't do anything, and just wanted it to be over. But he was strangely still for a few seconds. You were still being held, but he exchanged no words or action besides that. "What the fuck..?" He growled, immediately making your eyes snap open to see what had startled him. He was no longer looking at you, but behind him.
"Who's there? I was here first, fuck off!" He spat, his sharp words poison to your ears. But you were distracted with the interference and wondered what the guy could see.
"T-that's n-not a nice word!"
He dropped you from what you assumed was shock and faced the direction of the voice. This was your chance.
You fled at once into the elevator and slammed on the button for it to close. At that moment, the guy turned back in rage to see you safely protected by the metal walls and glass slit windows that closed just in time. "YOU BITCH, OPEN THOSE FUCKING DOORS RIGHT NOW!" He demanded, smashing fists against them violently. You backed up until your shoulders pressed the other side. Shaking with tears streaming down, you glared as he kept on hitting at the doors.
"N-now is that an-ny way to treat others?"
The other voice stuttered. It did not sound human, and that was all you knew."Bec-cause I don't think I-it is!" It continued as the guy desperately hit against the door.
"And y-you know wh-hat we do when someone is b-being mean?" It questioned, before the expression of the guy turned from anger to petrified shock.
"W-we p-put them on a t-time out!"
He fell to the floor and was dragged from the door to the unknown darkness, screaming and crying could be heard until suddenly. There was nothing.
You needed to get the fuck out of here. You spun around and forcefully hit at the button to return to the surface. And just when you least needed it was the click of a incapable command. There was something wrong with the power. The AI spoke and made you jump out of your skin. "There seems to be a power malfunction that is affecting our ability to return back to the surface in the elevator. Please stand by as I reboot the system, I will be offline momentarily during this process and various other systems may be offline as well.." you interrupted the robotic voice with your repetitive, 'No, No, No, No!', and your eyes darted around your surrounding area.
"Commencing system, restart". Your heart was POUNDING. The electric doors slid open and left you in obscure darkness, left to be vulnerable to whatever was out there.
"......"
Silence.
Maybe it was gone?
No. Stop getting hopeful, it's definitely still there.
But what was it?"I know you're over t-there someewheree.."
You closed your eyes and grimaced, your back still against the wall with no sound.
"I-I see you over there in the dark. C-come on out!"
You weren't falling for it. Not at all. You were staying put and playing dead until the power comes back on.
But you didn't have time.
Clanking approached your safe space in the elevator, it was almost as if it were...no. The animatronics can't leave their stage, they don't have brains. You were being messed with again.
"Knock knock...a-anybody h-home?"
It was right there. Right outside. About two meters away from where you stood. You were going to die. It was over.
"Please...just leave me be..." you sobbed, your experiences tonight were so painful and frightening you broke down, sliding into a sitting position, hugging your knees. The fear had grown too strong, and at that moment, you passed out.
