So this is happening while I'm writing. I'm in a business class for IEP students. IEP is an individual education program or plan and It's helpful only a bit in High School. It's for kids with disabilities. It treats you like you can't function but tells you otherwise.
This woman who had a lisp when she was younger is telling us that we should tell our disabilities to employers and college boards so they can understand.
I don't feel like this is true. You either get too much attention to an uncomfortable existant or treated like you are 5. Trust me, I already have a teacher who does the latter to me.
