Chapter 4
I hate math. Ashton and I are now standing near the blackboard and solving the race equations, because the teacher finds this funny. In fact, it was awkward, because everyone is looking at us and may notice errors on my part of the board, although I'm sure that I will solve everything correctly. In general, this week I managed to catch up a little, especially in mathematics. I didn't think it was possible, because I missed a lot, but after daily classes for several hours I was able to do it. The only thing that complicated it was Dan, who was sitting in class with his friend Max and could not shut up.
- Faster, it's easy! Shouted Dan.
"Daniel," his middle-aged teacher, Mrs. Edwards, caught in her throat.I looked at Ashton, and he smiled sadly but approvingly. He seems to have decided almost everything, but I just could not solve something. The lid on Ashton's marker snapped, notifying that Ashton had finished, and I decided to give up.
"I don't know what to do next," I said calmly to Mrs. Edwards.
"Maybe you should send Kelly to the class for the laggards?" Dan asked and the class burst out laughing. There were a little more than twenty students in the class, but it seemed that there were more than a hundred of them.
"Last warning, Daniel," said Mrs. Edwards. This seems to be the third warning in a lesson. With a sigh, I put down the marker and returned to my seat next to Ashton. I was so embarrassed, it seemed that everyone was looking at me and thinking that I was dumb or lagging behind. In last school, I studied middle, I was never considered stupid, and I do not want anything to be different in this school. Dan continued to whisper with his friends and look at me, Ashton says that they mock me only because I rejected the offer of their friendship. In their view, I acted badly, so they behave the same with me. I no longer have the strength to endure this. I grabbed my things and ran out of class. I can't continue to run away from problems, but I don't know how to endure all this humiliation. I just want to leave, I just want to go to Vic. Although he told me not to skip classes anymore, I disobeyed him. In general, it seems to me that I can afford it, because I have no parents, and now no one can tell me what to do. Of course, Vic believes that he should patronize me, but he is my boyfriend, not his parent. Technically, he cannot completely control me.

I called my home phone to see if Vic was still at home, but he was gone. Very soon, I was already near the club and, making my way past the security guard, I went upstairs to Vic's office. It was only the middle of the day, but the club was already busy, and groans came from the rooms. Well, there weren't many visitors, but still. Without thinking about knocking first, I threw open the door to Vic's office and froze right there. Vic was sitting in his chair, and all would have been fine, but a guy in his pants stood on his knees in front of him and unzipped his jeans pants. Seeing me, Vic's eyes widened, probably just like mine. Without waiting for an explanation or anything like that, I slammed the door and hastened to leave. I don't even know what exactly I'm thinking right now, it just hurts me. And what would I see if I came a little later? I can't even imagine it.
Feeling tears coming in my eyes, I ran into the toilet. Near the mirror stood a red-haired guy. It seems that he was a little older than me, because otherwise he would not have got into the club. He usually looked, except that he stood in one narrow black skirt and applied makeup. Some other things and a wig lay next to the sink. Somehow awkward."Don't stare, sweet." My name is Ginger. "He, or rather, she, turned to me. - Are you embarrassed?
- What? No ... N-No, I just ... I, um, I grew up in a Christian family, but I'm not against people like you ... I mean ... Oh, I'm sorry, "I said.
- You're cute. In general, when I am Ginger, I am a girl. And when I'm not Ginger, I'm a guy, "she explained, confusing me even more.
- Oh, okay. I am Kellin.
"Oh, I know you," she said.
- Do you know? - I was a little surprised.
"Yeah, you're Vic's favorite, everyone knows that."
"Ah, yes," I muttered, and she frowned.
- Something is wrong? She asked.
- What?
"You're crying," she said, pointing to my face.
"Oh," I wiped a tear from my cheek. I didn't even notice her.
"So why are you crying?" - Ginger asked and, turning to the mirror, continued to paint. I don't know why, but I think I can trust her.
"I just ... saw something," I said.
"Well, honey, you're in a sex club." Here it is impossible not to see something. I remember a guy came to us who loved to urinate on him during sex ... It was strange, "she said, and I frowned in disgust. "So what happened to you?" She asked again. Maybe if I tell her, I will feel better, and she will advise something.
- Well, that concerns Vic. I just went into his office when some guy was going to ... give him a blowjob - it was painful to speak out loud.
- Are you sure?
"Yes, that guy was kneeling before him and unbuttoning his fly," I replied bitterly.
"Oh, these men," she said, and finishing with make-up, she took her bra. - Help to fasten? - I never did this, but still managed to fasten it. Thanking me, she continued to dress. "Don't pay attention to me, keep telling me, baby."
"Okay ... It hurts me that he did this when we started a normal relationship," I said, and she sighed and turned to face me.
"Are we talking about Vic?" She asked, and I nodded. "He owns a sex club..."
- So what? - I feel dumb.
"Baby, this is his job," she said. Really?
- His job? "I want her to explain everything to me."
"Yeah, he probably just tested the new one," she replied. I do not like this explanation. After all, he tested and taught me. Does this mean that someday there will be some other guy whom he will train? Does this mean that one day he will be able to fall in love with someone else? I can't think about it. Suddenly someone entered the toilet. Turning to the door, I saw Vic.
"There you are, Kellin." He sighed in relief. I backed away from him. Ginger explained everything to me, but I don't want to talk to Vic yet.
- Alan, could you leave us? Vic asked, looking at Ginger.
"Baby, I'm Ginger today," she replied with pathos.
- Okay, I'm sorry, Ginger. Now get out, "said Vic, and Ginger rolled her eyes.
"Good luck," she whispered, walking past me.
"Thank you," I whispered back.
"Kelly, love ..." he began when we were alone, but I interrupted him.
"I want to go home," I muttered.
"Don't be mad at me," he said.
- I'm not angry, - a lie. I'm angry, I just don't want a scandal. "I just want to go home ... or to school." I do not care.
"Fine, I'll take you home," he said, and I shook my head.
"I'll order a taxi," I answered.
"No, I'll take you," Vic continued to argue.
"I don't want to see you now," feeling the surging emotions, I turned my back to Vic. Vic was silent. If it weren't for the music from the audience, then I could hear deathly silence.
"Okay," he said quietly. "I'll call Ed, wait for him at the exit."His voice was so cold and businesslike serious. And then Vic just left.
