Prologue

AUTHOR'S NOTE: PLEASE READ!! I UPDATED THIS ONE AND I'LL LOOK INTO THE OTHER CHAPTERS BECAUSE MY COMPUTER DID SOMETHING WEIRD TO THE PARAGRAPHS MAKING THE LOOK LIKE ONE BIG ONE WHICH ISN'T THE CASE AT ALL SO I'M GOING THROUGH AND FIXING THEM!! ANY THAT GET UPDATED WILL BE MARKED AS SUCH!! This is my first time attempting a BTS fanfiction and I'm honestly a little nervous. This story was inspired by the 2014 movie Ouija but I'll be putting my own twists to it at some points. I do plan on posting my own personal fiction that I'm working once this one is finished. Please go easy on me and I hope you enjoy!

If there's a story out there that's similar then it's merely a coincidence and nothing else. I also created the cover picture used for this story I just used pictures taken from the internet.

Prologue

Jimin's POV:

I stood on the bridge looking down at the rushing water below feeling heavier than I ever have in my life.

Sighing I looked from the water to the object sitting on the ledge to my right.

Reluctantly I reached over and placed my hands on the planchette for, hopefully, the last time. Pushing the thing down I took a deep breath before speaking softly.

"Goodbye." I said then quickly pushed both the board and planchette into the water below and watched as both sank to the bottom of the river.

Sighing once again, this time in relief, I looked one more time into the water before turning and heading back towards the dorms making sure my hood was still up blocking my face from view.

I made it safely to the dorms and slowly opened the door only to jump in surprise before quickly turning to see my best friend, more specifically soulmate, Taehyung.

Tae was standing by the door with his arms crossed and wearing a slight glare. "I thought you didn't want to go out? Everyone's about to head for the bar and yet here you are trying to sneak into the dorms." He said and I sighed yet again before smiling and shrugging.

"I just wanted some fresh air before I went to bed is all. I kinda got lost in my thoughts and didn't realize how long I'd been gone. I rushed back once I did. I'm about to take a shower and head to bed." I told him hoping he'd buy it.

He didn't. One of the disadvantages of having a soulmate as a best friend. You could never hide anything from them.

Tae walked closer to me placing both his hands on my arms and gave me a concerned look. "You've been acting weird and distant lately. It's got us all worried. You know if there's anything wrong you can talk to me right?" he asked and I offered a small smile before nodding.

"I know I can Tae. Don't worry, I've just been stressing over the comeback is all. I just want to make sure I'm perfect for it." I said and Tae seemed to finally believe that lie as his face morphed into an understanding look.

"You're always perfect Chim Chim! Our little angel!" he cooed pinching my cheeks and I pulled from him glaring.

"Jiminie there you are! Change your mind about coming with us?" Hobi-hyung asked and I shook my head.

"No I just stepped outside to get some air to help clear my head before going to bed is all." Hoseok groaned before pouting at me.

"Please come Chim Chim!" he begged and I laughed feeling myself relax for the first time in a long while as the rest of my bandmates entered the room.
