Chapter 8 Ivan Tried To Kill Me

 

"Tan..ta..tan..That signifies of a start of the wedding ceremony of Lean and Xander. As we go in the isle of the mansion. He was holding my arms and I feel that we are the one who’s marrying in this day. He looked to me from head to toe and his eyes were imagining again.  I think I know what's in his mind. He wanted me to take me again. I blush for what I've been thinking was really naughty.

While Lean and Xander take their vows to each other. I looked at him in the other front of the rows. And he was also looking at me too; afterwards smile at me. So I focused myself in looking at the couple.

But wait, where's Ya-chi? I remember Ya-chi was not really fun in interacting with other people. So instead that she will be attending and stand as one of the bride maids of Lean. She just drops that idea because all she wanted was to help the maids in preparing the food for the wedding. Basically she'd rather love to help other person than to enjoy for her own self. Ya-chi is a nice person and I envy her for that.

I saw Ivan coming from me. I can see to his eyes that there something happened. Ivan said to me that Ya-chi is not in a good shape. So I followed him. Because I know lately this person was one of the closest of Ya-chi's friend. But I don't understand. Why my heart tells me that I should not trust him. But because I was so afraid for Ya-chi so I learned to trust him. We entered in the place called the dark forest. 

Were walking, far away from the mansion of Montelivijo. I don't know what the connection between this to where Ya-chi is. But I followed him. My heart started to beat faster. I wanted to stop but Ivan holds me in a strong force. His eye tells me that I'm done. He wanted to kill me. I'm sure about that because I can see the intensity to his eyes. 

"Ivan..what are you doing?" I said hysterically to him..

He looked at me in a blank way...

"'I'm sorry..But I need to do this Marcella..."Ivan said while holding the dagger into his hand.

He pushed me. I felt scared for the fact that he will kill me. 

"Ivan?!" I was so shocked that Ya-chi is here.

"What are you doing to Marcella..Ivan please..Don’t do this to us.."Ya-chi beg to Ivan

Ivan cannot look straight to Ya-chi and he didn't know what to do, this time. When Ya-chi started to cry. Ivan started to feel confused of what should be the right thing to do. 

"Ivan please..Have mercy on me "I said...

Then suddenly Pierre appeared to us. And because of the situation that I am in. He concluded that Ivan was trying to kill me. Pierre was really angry at the very moment. His calm eye turns to be dangerous. I immediately felt fear for Ivan. For I know Pierre could do everything to protect me. Even kill Ivan. He punched Ivan in a very violent way and I know that punch was very powerful.

But Ya-chi is begging at me. She's begging to give Ivan another chance. She reasoned out that Ivan doesn’t know everything and maybe there's someone control at him. I think that was true, because I’ve known Ivan to be a kind person. His kind especially in terms for Ya-chi’s condition.

"Pierre..Please..Set him free..." I said fairing that Pierre could possibly kill Ivan in a harsh move that he made.

"But he was trying to kill you!" He said.

"There's nothing happened so..Please give him another chance to live in this place and never come back again.." I said to him while I'm holding my breath.

Pierre gave in to my wish but he didn't really stopped Ivan for he wants to know everything from him.  What really the reasoned why he made this horrible things to me and honestly I want to know all about it too. Because I feel that my life will defend on it.

"Ivan POV"

I cannot take any longer for Ya-chi’s crying to save my whole dump life!

"I will set you free, only if you tell me...who is the person, or should I say the monster behind this?!". There's a threat in his voice as he said it to me. "Tell me dump it!" He said while his eyes burning with fire.

"Please.."I looked at her and she really wanted to keep me safe.

"It's Kierra..The dark fairy!" I said

Pierre looked at me in a pierce way. He wanted to kill me but Marcella stopped him in doing so. I'm not afraid to die and besides I wanted to end up my life now...But I’m afraid that Ya-chi will do the same thing.

"Marcella POV"

"Dark fairy! I knew it..!" Pierre said it while greeted his teeth. "When will be the time that she would leave us alone!"

"You know that is not her motto Pierre. She came to this world to destroy us and that thing will never change and you know that."Then he wiped the blood on his jaw.

I just listened to them. Who is Kierra and what is her connection with Pierre? That question, I really need to find out the answer of it.

Ivan left with no words for Ya-chi. He just went just like that. I know my friend was really hurting by now. What can I do this time to ease the pain that is in her heart? I know, no words can be ever tell to her cause she's starting to like Ivan and who I am to stop that feelings. Even though Ivan plotted to kill me, but still I know that he has a reasoned for it. Pierre gave me an understanding look. He let me go to my friend to calm her. Ya-chi gave me a look that she wants to have a space and time for her to think. So l let her be. Pierre tells me that time can held the wounds.’

I understand his point but l need to know what is the connection between him and kierra. Who’s Kierra of the life of Pierre. I asked him possessively at him. At first he just laughs at me because my face tells me that I'm jealous to the girl name Kierra. But he assured to me that Kierra is an enemy and not an ex lover. That I should not worry because I'm his first and last lover to his life. I smile for that thought.

He also explained to me that, that's the reasoned why he didn’t, showed up to me three days ago because Kierra the dark fairy who really wanted me to die. But for what reasoned? He also tells me the reasoned why he married me because that's his mission as an underworld king. He tried to convince me about drinking that wine called the venom of life. He justified that the venom of life can make me immortal. But, for now l cannot drink it because if l do. There's a possibility that I will never return to the real world. And if l have a well to live the real world. I know for sure that there are laws that must be followed in the underworld. 

I insist Pierre….After, our wedding in the human world then that's the only time that l will drink the venom of life. I also said that, that's our deal last time right. His insisting me to start a new life with him; in the underworld, his home. I said no to him. I wanted that my family knows that l will enter now the sacred of marriage and that's my biggest dream in life when l was still young. Being married to the man that I love and at the same time, l wanted that my parents to witness my marriage with Pierre. So in the end Pierre conform my plans. And said to me "So when did the exact time that I can have you all by myself?" I said "when you fulfilled your promise to me." He groaned in dismay but kiss me afterwards.
