I'm pretty sure this was sometime in either June or July. I'm not entirely sure, but I will try to check sometime later. I have a way to know, but it's actually at Ellie's house, and I'm not there right now.
So, the next creepy thing.
We were at Ellie's house again. "We" meaning me, Ellie, Ellie's Japanese friend who was staying for a few weeks whose name was Yuki (which means snow in Japanese, by the way! Facts!!), and Lilly.
We were outside, jumping on Ellie's family's trampoline, when the pretty little shed that they have suddenly made a weird noise. Okay, not the shed itself, but something scraped on the tin roof and started us all. We couldn't see what it was, but Ellie was like "I've been hearing that almost every time I come out here. It's creepy."
So, being teenage girls, we decided to go check it out. Yuki could only read English and new VERY VERY little, so she didn't really know what was happening. Ellie could speak Japanese, since she lived there for about a year, but she didn't explain to poor Yuki until later.
We entered the shed, looking up and around. There was nothing that could make a scary noise. Little did we know, someone had closed the door. The wind couldn't have closed it, because when we tried to open it, we couldn't. It was stuck. We were stuck inside of a hot shed with window that you couldn't even open. (I tried so hard. SO HARD.)
Ellie suggested we turn on the light, I don't really remember why, but we tried and it wouldn't. This freaked us out a little, because Ellie said that it worked two days ago.
Lilly pointed out that there were dates on the wall. The first was Nov. 24, '01. The next was Dec. 9, '02. After that was Nov. 26, '03. We didn't know what they meant at first, until Ellie was like "These are totally the birthdays of the three kids that lived here before we did!"
We were like "Oh, that's smart, putting birthdays on the wall of your shed." until Ellie continued to say that her mom was talking to the mother that lived here before, and Ellie had heard the mother say something about her three kids going missing.
Legit, y'all, this freaked me out so bad. I was like "THEY WENT MISSING?" We all were like "What if they're haunting us?" because we had figured out that Lilly was being haunted too. Then Lilly turned to the dates on the wall and suddenly went "IT'S DEFINITELY THEM!"
She pointed to the Nov. 24, '01. She moved her finger along the month. She explained that the date was closest to her sister's birthday, so that one had to be haunting her.
Ellie examined the December date and said that this date was closest to her older brother's birthday, so that was hers. I had something different.
On November 24, 2017, I was on my way with my family to Disney World. We were staying in a hotel, and on that date, except '17, not '03, I woke up to get water, but the sink was already running and there were creepy sounds coming from the shower. I was being haunted by that one.
The mother's kids were - and still are - still haunting us. It's pretty creepy.
We all (everyone but Yuki) looked at each other and screamed, while Yuki was like "NANI?", which is 'what' in Japanese. Ellie explained while me and Lilly pondered further.
We tried pushing open the door, but it was stuck and Ellie said that if we broke the door frame, her dad would be really mad. So we waited in there until it got too hot. Most of the time I was trying to find a way to open the windows and yell for help.
Finally, we got the door open and ran outside. We were too scared to go back inside there, so we just went inside. We told Ellie's mom, who is from Japan, and she was like "Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat? You got stuck in there?" She has a really thick accent, so it makes her sound pretty funny when she says what like that.
We went back out later to jump on the trampoline. It was getting darker, but we were fine with that.
MORE BACKGROUND!
The house next to them is for sale, but the first night I came to visit them, I heard voices that sounded like teenagers coming from the vents under the house. Ellie also said that one of the lights was on one day, and no one EVER goes in there. No one.
Back to the jumping on the trampoline. So we were jumping for a while, then I saw one of the lights flicker on and off again really quickly. Lilly peered at it until she saw something that looked like a faded, grey head pop out inside the house into view of the window. We all freaked out, but stayed outside. Then I saw something flash by the window, like something shiny catching the light. Then I saw the same head and we all retreated inside. That was probably the scariest thing that happened to us.
First we got stuck in a shed, then we saw creepy people inside the abandoned for sale house. *MAJOR SHUDDER*
