The walk to the wolves den was mostly silent, Feli, Mattie, and Elizabeta occasionally answering to loud howls that rang through the woods. The wolves seemed incredibly calm for whatever reason, well at least until they got to the den. Feli immediately grabbed Ludwig's hand and started leading him to another werewolf who looked surprisingly similar... oh. It's the mean one. Elizabeta gently prodded Roderich into the cavern, probably to tell the alphas, with Mattie and Gilbert following them.

"Where are we going?" Gilbert whispered to him as they turned towards the pack quarters.

"My room." Mattie said calmly as Gilbert's face broke into a blush.

"What's wrong?" Matthew asked him when he saw beet redness of the other. He wasn't sick was he?

"Um, isn't it a little early in our relationship?" the albino stuttered, somehow going even more red.

"For what?" Matthew questioned as they came to the wooden door that led to his room, it was only then that he figured out what Gilbert had meant, and he too looked like a strawberry after realizing.

"I mean... um..." Birdie stuttered, "...not that."

"OH." Gilbert gasped, cringing and his face going the same color as his eyes, "I'm so... so sorry..."

Mattie let out a little chuckle before planting a kiss on the others cheek, quickly going into his room to grab the literal only thing he needed: his amethyst necklace, and the ruby necklace he had put together for Gilbert. Slipping the necklace over his head, he walked back to his door, leaving a passing glance towards his messy nest. He had the urge to make it presentable... but resisted it, and turned his back to it, exiting.

"Here, put this on," Matthew said, slipping the ruby necklace on for him. He was right. That ruby was the exact same color as his eyes.

"Hm? What's this?" Gilbert asked, bringing the gemstone to the torchlight, watching how it sparkled.

"Your eyes-tone, you wear it to Evesday celebrations," Matthew replied, grabbing him by the hand and leading him back up to the main room, through it, and into another, larger, open part of the cavern.

Small mobs of children from from ages 4-15 ran around, all of them wearing necklaces corresponding with their eyes, all of them with smiles as they gathered around the stone block that was used as a table. Some were already sitting on the floor beside it. Ludwig was standing off to the side with a blue zircon around his neck, Feli standing beside him with his amber necklace.

A loud howl ran through the room and everyone went silent. It was only then they noticed Roderich, blushing to his ears beside Elizabeta but otherwise fine.  A tanzanite adorned his neck.

At the head of the table stood the three alpha's, their ears high and their tails still. Everyone went to sit by the table as the song began.

Taking in a deep breath, Alfred stepped forward.

And slammed his hands on the table, all the torches around the room going out. The humans tried their best not to flinch at the display.

Looking around, they noticed that none of the wolves eyes were illuminated besides Alfred's. His eyes closed and the last of the light in the room disappeared as an eerie howl cut through the silence, the rhythm with a particular edge that could cut glass.

At the opposite end of the table, a white light formed in an oval shape, two creatures stepping out.

A man with piercing blue eyes, black hair, and black cat ears and tail stepped out, another man, taller with black eyes, cream-colored hair, wolf ears -both with an extreme number of piercings- and a long tail made of bone that dragged behind him walked down the table, the cream colored wolves tail making clicking noises as it hit the table. They walked all the way down before stopping in front of Alfred, letting out their own howls, their song mixing with his. Well, the black cat more of yowled, but you get the point. It only took so long before the songs stopped. As the two walked back to the white light, food appeared behind them. A full five course meal.
