As the soft sound of chatter went around the large hallway Daehyun couldn't help but look around.
"And this the library. We have a stock of about 2,000 shelves with most every type of book!" Yeonja said with a smile, turning around and looking at Daehyun who wasn't even paying that much attention to the small boys words. He was just looking at the large library. Good thing Daehyun has a knack for reading.
"By the way hyung," Yeonja said softly, now gaining the taller males attention. "I'm sorry if I'm quiet sometimes...I'm just not used to talking with uhm..." He looked down, almost as if he didn't want to finish speaking.
Daehyun didn't know why but he suddenly felt like he was being looked down on. "Speaking to what? Delinquents? People who aren't as high in class?" He questions, crossing his arms over his chest.
Yeonja quickly looked up and shook his head. "N-no! No of course not I would never be able to see someone as that, nevertheless look down on them!" He quickly explains himself. "I'm not used to talking with people who're outside of the student council...I'm not the one who gives tours and I'm not too social so it's strange." He was quiet once again as he rubs the sleeve of his sweater that was a nice navy blue. "Sorry...I was talking too much." Yeonja apologized and Daehyun sighs softly.
This guy was kind of like a puppy that got kicked around a lot. "It's okay. I get that, you're doing got at explaining so just continue, please." Daehyun felt bad for nearly yelling at him when the boy was just shy.
A small, shy, socially awkward kid was standing in front of him. "I know! Since your new and have no friends you could sit at our table!" Yeonja sprouts up, a happy expression hitting his face.
A laugh came from Daehyun. "Well, isn't that thoughtful. Sure, as long as you don't sit with a bunch of losers than I would be happy to sit with you."
Yeonja nodded and then the bell rang. "Oh! We should get to first period. Being late for your first class on your first day could be seen as bad etiquette!" The cat-boy trotted to class quickly, almost in a light jog with Daehyun following behind.
"Hey hyung..." Yeonja asked as daehyun has slipped to his side. "Why did you change schools anyway? I know a lot of people transfer because our school has high rankings but for someone with your grade point average I wouldn't say you'd be the type to really care." He gave his big doe eyes as he spoke, pushing up his glassing on his nose. The comment wasn't to sound mean or rude but damn, did it sure make Daehyun feel stupid.
"Well, mr.smart guy I'll have you know that I changed because my family moved." Daehyun says quickly, looking away from the male. "What are you, an A+ student or something?" Daehyun grumbles and yeonja nodded.
"Yes actually! If you ever need study help please let me know! I'd love to be helpful if I can be!" He made a fist and threw it into the air happily. His hands were small.
'Cute.' Daehyun thought to himself with a sigh and continued to walk. "Well shorty," He said with a smile for comfort. "I'll be sure to do that, if I remember." He speaks softly. Yeonja grins to himself and nods.
"Here it is! Class 2-C! My personal best subject!" Yeonja said happily while pointing. It was a math class. Daehyun always ends up failing math, He was terrible at it.
"Why would you be excited to have math at 8am?" Daehyun groans as Yeonja opens the classroom door. People were around chatting.
"'Cause I am excellent at it!" He simply states, a happy giggle coming from the small boy.
'Damn that giggle is so cute.' Daehyun thought and followed Yeonja into the classroom. It wasn't too chatty even though the teacher wasn't yet there. "Class prince!" A girl with dark black hair shouts, quickly running up to yeonja.
"You changed your hair! It looks even more fluffy!" She cooed and pinches his cheeks. Yeonja got embarrassed by this and whines quickly.
"Yah! Not in front of the the new student please!" He shouts and then the girl finally looks up in Daehyun's way. "Oh hi! I'm Zio Soojin." She says with a smile and sticks her hand out for a shake.
"Lee Daehyun." He shook her hand and smiled back. The kids he'd met at this school so far aren't as bad as he thought they'd be.
"Oh did the fag bring another gay in?" A dark haired male called from a bit in front of the class. 'Maybe not so nice then.'
