  My eyes slowly opened to see only darkness surrounding me, as I try to make sense of the situation I suddenly remembered that I was in space. A sudden click and hiss brought me out of my thoughts as I was pulled out of the pod that I was, my eyes hit with a sudden brightness, I let my eyes adjust only to see a male in what seemed to be a medical outfit. "Are we there yet" i asked the male " yeah we're here sunshine' he replied. He unstrapped me for the medical looking bed and I began to hover. "What do I do now" I asked hoping he would help."You can go find your name on the storage compartments below." he replied. I nodded in satisfaction as I had gotten my answer. As I floated down to find my compartment I heard a male shout "People, you have been in cryo for five years, nine months and twenty two days.You will be hungry, you will be weak. If you feel nausea, please use the sacks provided for your convenience. The staff thanks you in advance." "Five years?" I thought to myself "wow it's been a while I wonder how earth is doing". Earth the planet that was once full of green and fresh air, there's no green there anymore. I let myself drift off into space until I heard someone speak to me "first time in space?" they asked, I looked to find the source of the voice I found myself looking at a man who looked pretty young maybes early 20's?. " yeah, how about you?" I asked " yeah it's kinda weird' I giggled, it was kinda weird, we were in cryo for 5 years but I had a strong feeling that things were about to get even weirder.
